Somebody please HELP!!! I sprainded my hip flexor after doing sprints. I could hardly walk after I did it. A couple of days later it was starting to feel a little better, so I did a spin workout and then ab work. After the ab work it was REALLY hurting (I've been continuing to stretch ever since it happened) how long before I can go back to running and is there any other cardio workouts I can do that will not agrivate it? PLEASE HELP!!!!
