SNM -- Blog mistake??

The blog shows a practice session for "Lower Intensity Step" ... shouldn't that be "Lower Impact Step"? Or is the workout also lower intensity as compared to the "High Intensity"? Guess I'm confused ... I assumed High Intensity meant higher impact, but that Low Impact didn't necessarily mean Low Intensity, or does it in this workout? TIA, Deb

I wondered about this as well. Should these be labeled "Lower Impact Step"?

The pictures look great -- wow, the outfits are stunning.

I hope SNM clarifies this. The blog description doesn't match the presale information. Love the outfits and set! The ladies look lovely and FIT!

Chocolate IS the answer, regardless of the question.

No, it just means when compared to the other step routine in the series, which is not low impact, the intensity is slightly less. The Lower Intensity Step workout is still advanced and very challenging. Only the title has changed, not the workout.

I kind of figured it was something like this. It's not like Cathe ever really does low intensity, right?!?

Happy to hear this!!

The workout title isn't a mistake, but spelling Brenda's name as Benda (twice!) certainly is.;-) ;-)

You're right! How did I not notice that? I used to be a proofreader!
