Short hair advice

Here is a picture that my DH took last night. It isn't very well lit. I will try to post another this evening. I have the front part in a barrette -- I really don't like having hair on my face. I think that I really want the short front too.

I agree. Start with the front longer and go from there. You are very pretty and seem to have delicate facial features that definitely lend itself to a short cut-I don't think you can go wrong.

High five to you for being so daring! I got mine cut last night and thought it was sooo drastic. Then I got to work today and noone seemed to notice!

Monica, definitely go with the super short bangs. Of course, that's just my opinion, but I wore my hair super short for many, many years and I couldn't stand hair on my face either. So I kept the bangs really short and they never bothered me. I did have wicked bedhead every morning, but with hair that short it's no big deal to wash it every day.

Hi,

I clicked on your links you provided. I can say as former professional hairstylist that I think it would look nice on you. I'd suggest going a bit longer in the fringe/bang area and a bit more whispy so that it is still feminine and doesn't look like a toddler cut your bangs when you were asleep. The super short bangs look to me is very harsh and isn't somethin a lot of people can pull off. But yes, I think that a modification as I stated above would totally look awesome on you. You have a great jawline and profile which you can totally rock! Let us see a pick of it afterwards, I'm sure its gonna be a winner on you!

I just saw your updated picks post haircut. That is very cute!!! If you want to experiment I'd suggest using a pomade or Garnier Fructis Shine wax to make it look piecyier which is fun, and if you don't care for that look just wash it out. No worries, but its fun to play with a new haircut and try different looks just for fun. Enjoy your new do!
