Shock Cardio - Where to start?

Okay, I've had my shock cardio DVDs for a while but have not opened any of them. I am going to start using them and I'm wondering if there is a good order in which to try them. Suggestions?

I'd say start with MMA Kickboxing or any of the step workouts. Or Travel Fit (it is a no brainer, lol!). This will give you a good feel for them. If you want to try one of the HiiT workouts, I would suggest trying 30/30 first, as it is probably the easiest of the bunch. Then work your way on up and just have fun ;)!

I agree with Denise. I started with travel fit them when to the boxing and kickboxing dvds. Hiit is soooo hard and ITA 30/30 is the most doable.
 
Thanks Ladies,

I did do MMA Fusion yesterday (my butt muscles hurt today) and felt very unorganized and out of it, but I did it. . . so I'll go back and start where you suggest :)
