Good morning all!

I had to get this post in - I mistakenly said I was doing Gym style Chest last night but it was actually Slow & Heavy Chest. Either way, had a great workout! I will definitely feel it later "fer sure"!

Today is Squeeze with Tracy. Imax3 yesterday=Great workout! I have to remember to do this one more.

Goodmorning RT's! We are getting sooo close! Today I plan to start going through the Time Saver DVD. I have never pulled it out and I've been finding it really hard to fit in workouts. I figure this will help me get back into the groove. Hope everyone is having a good hump day! It is going to be hot and humid here - blah! :p

Just finish Maximum intensity Strength. I've been doing the "oldies but goodies" workouts this week. They are just as good as the newer ones in fact i'm sore everyday:)

Hi gals! Last night I did GS BBS. I skipped a few of the "bonus" burn sections. My biceps and shoulders were on fire. I am really loving this series though. Today I am meeting a fellow Catheite for lunch (lederr/Lorie) so I'm looking forward to that. It's great to live in a big city where you can meet lots of people with the same interests as you. I cannot believe how quickly the time is flying by. I am getting so excited I can't stand it. Have a great day ladies.

Today I went to my yoga class and then did CK, which is always a FUN one! I am following Cathe's June rotation, but am a week behind.

I am so excited about the RT. It will be here before we know it! But I also hate to see the summer end.:(

Hi everyone.

Yuck, it's humid and hot here in NY and my kids are already driving me nutso since school has been out!! It's not them, really... it's the messes they make! It's like they are waiting for the dish fairy to come and make it all go away. Then of course, since I have all boys, there is the inability to pee in a toilet bowl issue. But never mind that...


Yesterday I pooped out and wound up not doing any weight work. I took a walk and called it a day. My body was very tired for some reason. So, this morning was Pyramid Max! ( thanks Tina, that made me giggle!) Eating is going good, but I am craving carbs. I wonder if I am entering PMS week. I think I am ( judging by my crankiness) but I actually can't remember when I had it last month. I am driving myself crazy!! AAAH!

Tess: hope you have a great time today with your Cathe friend! I wish I had some Cathe friends around here. I really don't know of any, although all my students are intrigued by her as I refer to her in class as "the crazy workout lady!" they think I'm nuts for actually wanting to spend a whole weekend working out with her! Maybe I can convert some of them eventually to being Cathe "ites".

This week is weird so far because there is no Cardio/Sculpt class as the place I teach at is closed for the week. My body is like "whaaaat?" I am so used to doing it now I feel pretty unproductive. I do have several of my students coming to the house all week for some one on one training in lieu of class, so that's a few extra dollars. But still during one on one I don't actually work out with a client so it's not extra exercise for me. Maybe in the long run it's a good thing for my body to take a break. Before I know it, next week classes start again and for the summer my schedule changes and on Tuesdays I teach 3 classes!!! Then I will probably drop from exhaustion. On Thursdays I teach two classes and on Fridays only one. So, I only teach three days for the summer but more classes ( usually it's 5 per week, one a day).

I have until July 16th to study for my Personal Training certification, and as usual I am procrastinating. I need a kick in the buttt... any one want to volunteer??

Good afternoon ladies,

I went to step interval this morning which started about 15 minutes late. I went home and rode my bike on the trainer for 30 minutes to make it up. WOW that Cathe event is coming up fast and furious and I need to start kicking up my work outs.

No time for nutritionals today back to work.

Hello everyone.

Today was a long day at work. I managed to squeeze in a workout, but my heart wasn't into it. I tried a new (new for me) CIA Kimberly Spreen workout. It was fun and pretty easy to pick up on, but I didn't sweat a whole lot. That always means I should have worked harder b/c I usually begin sweating during the warm-up!!!! I missed Cathe today--I just didn't have the energy for a super intense workout. I will get back on track tomorrow.

Michelle....Yes, and I have the DOMS to prove it!!!! I have Squeeze, but I still have not tried it. I am hoping to get to it soon.

Liann...How was the timesaver? I have never done that DVD, but I am thinking that would be a good option for busy weeks.

Randi...I hope you enjoyed your oldie, but goodie workout!!

Tess...I hope you had a wonderful lunch with a fellow Catheite!! How fun to meet other fans of Cathe in your own town!!!

Gin...I know, I don't want summer to end either. At least we have something great to look forward to that will (hopefully) distract us from the inevitble :)

Vicki...Don't worry about taking it easy for a week;-) Like you said, it is good for you to take a break. I know how you feel though--I always feel a little down when I can't (or don't) stick to my usual workout schedule. It sounds like you will make up for it though, teaching 3 classes in one day---Whew, I am tired thinking about it!!!

Kim...I agree, it is time to kick up the workouts!!

Hi everyone. Sorry I've been MIA lately. We went to Phoenix for a few days. My workouts for this week have been:

Mon: Power Max- an oldie but goodie. I marvel at how much Cathe had changed. Not just her appearence but her teaching style as well. I'm so glad so doesn't say "looks hot" anymore. I have to say it got a little annoying after a while but it's still a great workout.

Tues: PUB/PLB combo. I had forgotten how much I like this workout. I added PUB abs to the end so it felt more like a total-body workout.

Wed: MIC- I hadn't done this one in it's entirety in a long time and now I know why. I'm exhausted! It's one tough workout. Tomorrow is suppossed to be Viper but I don't know if I can handle two high intensity workouts two days in a row.
