RT check in Friday April 13

I couldn't check in yesterday. It seemed like I read most of your posts, but didn't have the time to post myself. To night I will be doing B & G's and Scrambled Eggs (BM2). As a matter of fact I have been doing B & G's three times a week, since Cathe came out with this series. So, today I will have done this workout 72 time! Ican hardly believe that these DVD's have been out for 24 weeks already!

I will be testing for my first degree black belt tomorrow morning at 10AM. I am so excited. I have been working very hard this last year, since my last black belt testing. It will be a huge cardio morning for me! So, these new boxing workouts that Cathe is talking about filming will be great for me. I do have a nice heavy bag in my workout room!

Jean - a king size bag of M & M's and ice cream? That could have been mixed together for a great tasting ice cream or a blizzard!

Cheryl - Good luck with the test tomorrow! I remember you talking about it before and it sounded a major workout! Let us know how it goes! :D
 
Hi ladies,

Mona I still don't feel anything in my UB? I couldn't lift a finger after doing PUB! Mayby I need to lift more? I used 15# for my biceps!

Liann I pretty sure it is Ramstein bei Kaiserslautern:) It is the only one right now I can think off?? I keep forgetting to ask my DH:-(

Todays workout was KPC!

Well did 78 minutes of weight training with the beach body lady today (don't tell cathe ;-)) Rode bike for 45 minutes.

Hello.

I had a busy day today and had to cut back my workout. I ended up doing LIC plus BC. I had originally planned on doing Cardio Fusion. Hopefully I can get to that one soon. I work all weekend at the hospital, so I am sure my workouts will be less this weekend:(

Phyllis...I am with you on hoisting the bar overhead. I often want to go heavier on PLB, but I don't feel very safe lifting the bar behind my head. I agree, LOST was really good this week!

Vicki...I have never heard of Crazy Richards (or Shop Rite). I am pretty sure pouring out the oil means you can eat more without feeling guilty:)

Randi...I am always sore after PLB!!

Jennifer...I agree with Liann. Your dog is very cute! What kind of dog do you have?

Tess ATL...Maybe I should try your strategy of picking up Tosca's book everytime I want to cheat. I have read her book (and really liked it), but I haven't made any of her meals yet.

Jean...I hope you are feeling better:)

ShellyC...I have read so many good things about iTread (on this forum). I am thinking about downloading some workouts this weekend to see if it will help get me on the TM more.

Lorrie...I hope your parade goes well in spite of the re-scheduling.

Josie...I hope you had fun with GS Legs. I did that one on Monday and felt it the next day!

Mona....Good Luck with your project. I am sure it will be a great success after 2 1/2 years of hard work and dedication!!
