Good morning Belinda and those who follow! Hope everyone had a great weekend! :D

I am making a new commitment to myself to clean up my eating "again". Everything went south over the 4th of July holiday! It's amazing how too much sodium, sugar, etc... can make any muscle definition you may have had - disappear! I'm leaving for vacation out west in 2 weeks. I hope that's enough time to make a difference!

Didn't workout all weekend Sat was my rest day and I went out sat night so I was sick all sunday and had to work Need to start a new rotation been doing cardio and endurance for the past month in a half. Any suggestions?

Good Morning RTers!

Today I ran 3 miles and then did BM2 dbl upper body. DH and I just returned from a quick vacation to Florida. Our DS is living there this summer and we went to visit. Drove back to TX all day yesterday (13 hours!)
Filming starts today!:)

Belinda--Enjoy KPC...FUN!

Liann--I hear you on the clean eating thing. I have been trying really hard to eat clean for the past 3 weeks. It does become more of a habit as each day goea by.

Randi--Hope you are feeling better. I just finished Cathe's June rotation last week and am starting Fitness Freak's Get Ready for Summer rotation today ( with a few minor adjustments) and they are both good ones.

Good morning everyone. I am feeling much better today! Thanks for all your healing vibes. :) I started the South Beach Diet today in hopes of losing my last 5-10 before the RT. We'll see how long it lasts haha. Tonight I will start back with Barry's for a little bit.

Liann - Thanks so much for sharing the pictures of you and Robin yesterday. You are both knockouts and I love the doggy!! I definitely hear you on the eating. Since being sick all I've had an appetite for was ice cream and cake.

Randi - How about a strength rotation with gym styles or pyramids?

Gin - glad you had a good time on your trip. DH and I are going to Florida in a few weeks for an extended weekend. I can't wait!

Michelle - silly is fun! I say go for it. :)

Vicki - I am so happy your virus issues are worked out now. WElcome back. :) Your boys gigs sound like so much fun. I love RUSH by the way so I'm jealous!

Tess: glad you are feeling better! Dh and DS said Rush was unbelievable!!! DS has no voice left this morning!

Michelle: I love silly pictures too. Is it the one you have on Myspace? If it is then that one is too cute!! Love it!!

Belinda: sounds like you have a great workout day planned! Keep it up!

Liann: I know what you mean about the sodium, sugar, etc. I don't eat any sugar really but even when I have any extra sodium ( like with sushi... got to have the soy sauce, even low sodium is chock full!!) I can see that the definition is almost not visible!! Oh, BTW, loved the pics with you and Robin! You are just adorable and Robin is hot stuff!!

So, this morning I had two clients here for PT and now I am going to go do BG. Later I plan to take a bike ride with my boys. Tomorrow I teach three cardio/sculpt classes... good practice for the Cathe weekend I guess! Still, this will be the first time I have taught three classes in one day and I hope I can talk through them all. I usually get an adrenaline rush when teaching that gives me that energy I need so I am hoping it kicks in big time tomorrow. My classes are pretty intense... well, we'll see how the Ol' lady does! I'll report back tomorrow.

Is anyone staying at the Residence Inn? It seems like almost everyone is booked at the Fairfield Inn. I did the Residence since my DH is coming along for the ride because it has a kitchen and he can cook himself some stuff rather than eat out the whole time. Now I am kind of regretting it since it seems like everyone is staying at the Fairfield. So, just wanted to know if anyone here will be at the same hotel since we take the bus back and forth. If not, I guess it will be just me and the bus driver hanging out!! ;(

I studied yesterday all day for my PT test and I am slightly freaking out! The material is hard and I have procrastinated for so long that now I have to cram. I am trying to relax about it but inside I am a wreck. Send out some good vibes for me if you don't mind...

Hello, ladies.

It is now time to hit the panic button. We leave in 36 hours! :eek:

I am so mentally ready to go, but logistically, there is tons to do before we drive out!!

Tomorrow morning is D-day for me on ME to see if I can match Cathe's weights (and do all the on-your-toe push-ups). I have been very close, so I feel confident I'll make it.

I'll try to let you know how it goes, but as soon as I finish working out, I launch into a marathon day of getting the house ready for me to leave for 6 months! Wow.

I'm stressed just thinking about it. My adrenaline level feels about like it did the night before the Adventure Race I competed in.

Good afternoon everyone!

Today's workout was Kelly Coffey Meyers 'The Shape of Things to Come'. This was my first time doing this workout. It was ok but I felt like I didn't get a real good workout so I added C&W timesaver step premix.
Now I just have to get my eating under control. I was doing pretty good until I found the DQ butter pecan sundae my DH left in the freezer.:(

Belinda- Great workout!

Liann- Just wanted to tell you I loved the pics of you and Robin. Good luck with the clean eating. I'm right there with you! Where are you going on vacation (if you don't mind my asking)?

Randi- Hope you're feeling better. You can join Gin and I with Fitnessfreaks 'Get Ready for Summer' rotation. It looks like a good one. Or maybe you might want something more strength oriented. Check out the index of Cathe's rotations. There're some good ones there.

Gin- Great workout today! I decided to do this rotation also with some modifications. Instead of doing upper body twice in a week I'm adding another circuit instead. So it's basically; circuit, cardio, upper body, lower body, cardio, circuit. I'll add extra cardio here and there like I did today. I hope you had a good visit with your son. What a drive though!

Michelle- That's a good rotation! I haven't sent my picture yet. I guess I'll need to get my DH to take one since I can't find any I like in the ones I have already. Thanks for reminding me to get that done!

Tess- So glad you're feeling better. Good luck with SBD. I'm doing weight watchers myself. I just need to get serious and track everything (like the sundae I just ate).

Vicki- Sending out good study vibes to you. Sounds like you've got some intense workout days coming up. You'll be in killer shape for the RT. :) I'm also staying at the Residence Inn. Can't wait to see you all there!

Kim- Great job with the workouts and eating. Keep it up!!

Laura- You can make it. It'll all be over before you know it and you'll be back here in the States. Good luck with ME tomorrow. I know you can meet your goals.

I ended up not working out today I am sick Body aches runny nose scratchy throat.3 days I havent worked out my body is probably in shock! I will probably do gym style and slow and heavy together maybe on different weeks

Randi - So sorry you are feeling under the weather! Hopefully it passes quickly.

Jacque - I am going to Spokane, WA. :) From there we are driving to Yellowstone National Park, the Tetons and then back up to Spokane before heading to North Idaho for a week at my DH's family's cabin on Priest Lake. Basically a lot of outdoor plans. :)

Vicki/Tess - I do not think the Residence Inn or the Fairfield Inn have any idea what they are in for!!! :) Us Fairfield Inn girls with have to come raid you "Residence Inn" girls rooms!

Vicki - Was your PT test today? I have been sending as many good test vibes as I could your way! :)

Tess - So glad to hear you are feeling better! Good luck with the SBD!

Gin - Good job with the 3 miles and BM2 UB!

Michelle - I'm looking forward to seeing that picture now! ;)
 
Hi.

Today was a mish-mosh of KM and KPC. It was a lot of fun. I had a very long day at work, and after that, my fiance and I went to eat sushi and then to the mall. I think we got most of his clothes for the wedding. It is going to be on the beach, so he is in linen. I was happy we were able to accomplish so much at one store!!!

Randi...I hope you feel better soon!!!

Liann...I need to join you in cleaning up the diet. Good luck!!

Gin...I hope you had fun in Florida visiting your DS. I wish FL was a little closer for a car trip. We drive down there twice each year. It is always 12-15 hours no matter how much/little we stop!!! It is worth it though!!!

Michelle...I am glad you sent in your picture. I am still trying to decide if I have one to send.

Tess...Glad you are better:)

Vicki...I guess I had better check to see which one I am staying in. I can't seem to recall where I made a reservation.

Kim...I just finished off the last of the 4th of July cupcakes. I wish I had your willpower!

Jacque...YUM...DQ!! I just split an ice cream sandwich with DF. I am going to think it doesn't count b/c it was the skinny cow kind. I just discovered them, and they are so good!
