I'm trying to lose weight, and also liked the fact I didnt need to lift weights so I did Imax3, Athletic Step, Cross Fire today - yikes! LIC LIS (all step!)
Anything cardio!! Tomorrow, I may need to lay on my floor and pass out!
I would say do whatever feels good. I'm looking forward to hitting STS Meso #2 in a few days! I figure when that's done, I might skip Meso 3 or inter-mix it with X-Train!
