Yesterday was my daughter's birthday, so we had chocolate cake and vanilla ice cream. My neighbor is having a Woman's Party on Sunday with Amaretta Chocolate cake. Therefore I chose Key Lime Pie. Something light . Annette

Oh, my goodness. How exciting for a Friday afternoon. I missed lunch and am sitting in training all day. We had a short break and I went up the the employee break room to "last ditch effort" it and get a bag of Sun Chips or something. Low and behold - someone had a party and there were leftovers! Amazing veggie tray, and the tray with blond brownies had a bunch of strawberries left. Snatched those. And someone left a bunch of blueberries in the bowl that contained some fruit something. Got those. YUM!!!!!!! (yes, I left the brownies behind)

Yes, what Shannon said, I do up a batch of chocolate chip cookies - leave out one egg, replace with strong coffee or kahlua, spread in pan, deliberately underbake.

I'm famous for 'em.

Of course, these are ever-so-delicate and must be taste tested at every stage. And they don't turn out well if you don't scrape all the batter from the bowl and eat it while they're baking.
