Pyramid Upper Body

i got the pyramids for Christmas and I just did upper body. Yowzer! I am already feeling sore and I wouldn't be surprised if I cannot move my arms tomorrow! This one should come with a warning, lol.

Love PUB!

Probably my favorite no nonsense, get'er done, upper body workout. I have it memorized and do this workot at the gym sometimes.
 
This was my first Cathe workout. I get DOMS in my biceps every time I do it. When I first discovered Cathe I did the pyramids every week for months. I lost a lot of baby weight and looked great. I need to take this one out again.
 
I love this one and plan to rotate it with the Gym styles I just got for Christmas. I will be doing the Jan 09 rotation.

DOMS

Still have DOMs three days later. I really enjoyed this workout and cannot wait to do it again. I have not done the lower body one yet. How many of you use a barbell for the leg press? I am a little apprehensive of that one (plus, I use the Firm Fanny lifter, not the mini step).

I love it and use dumbbells for all the moves. I would like to have a barbell for the squats and leg press but it isn't really necessary.

I believe PUB is the workout that causes my arms/chest muscles to shake like crazy when I wash my hair. I really, really think the Intensity Series is Cathe's stellar series. Two workouts per DVD, awesome premixes, motivating music...talk about bang for your buck! I may have to revisit the pyramids and Intensity series after I get done with my current rotation.
 
Just finished it

Today was my first time trying Pyramid Upper Body and love it! I'm still sore from Lower Body a few days ago too and I have a feeling I'm really going to be feeling it tomorrow morning...
 
PYRAMIDS

This was the one I have been waiting for to go on sale!!! I will only be using 5,8, and 10 lbs but I am so looking forward to this one!!
 
PUB is my all time favorite total upper body workout. Probably because the only pushups are in the warmup! I did it yesterday and since adding the two pound weight gloves to my workout am getting nice DOMS again! This workout is one that keeps getting better.
 
I too LOVE PUB! Cathe cracks me up on this one - when she giggles and says, they really did get quiet. She is a maniac with the biceps curls!

Thanks for brining up PUB (and PLB). I had enjoyed these two videos in the past...but have forgotten about them! I think I will start using them this week, for the upcoming summer. I really like PUB and recommend it to anybody.

Pyramid Upper Body rocks! Yes, you have to pace yourself on that one! I just did it a few days ago and I almost had to skip a bicep curl. Almost. But I managed to do them all. :)
