Hello,
I am new to the Cathe workouts (since December) and I love them! I haven't felt this excited about working out in a long time. I have a question. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to build up strength/endurance with push ups? I can only do about 10 then have to go to knees. I have been doing the 4ds for 2 months now and can't seem to improve.
