Good morning everyone! Well, I made my deadline so the intense pressure is off for a little bit! It felt very strange but good to not have to work during the weekend. Tyler enjoyed it too. Now we have to begin the process of catching up on absolutely everything from school work to cleaning. Tyler's science fair project is due this week, Karate testing is next week, and the week after that we have to get his pinewood derby car finished. There's always a lot to do!
Here are the workouts since my last update:
Thursday night: A 2.5 mile walk. Friday: No workout...I had been fighting a migraine all day. Saturday: 20 minutes on the bike plus the fitness test Cathe posted in the OD forum. Sunday: BS Chest and Shoulders.
Natasha
I'm so sorry you were sick but I am glad you are feeling a little bit better. I hope Mark is able to help you out with Bella soon. It's so hard to be up with a sick child all night when you are sick too. At least the fever is gone -- I hope it stays that way!
Toni
I'm glad you are enjoying Rushfit! They really are great workouts. No too long but extremely effective. At least that was my thought on them!
Jennifer
Thanks for posting about the protein fluff! I can't wait to try some of them. I made the cinnamon rolls that Natasha posted some time. At first I didn't really care for them but they started to grow on me.

Thanks for the input of Tyler. I might just go with the ADD diagnosis but without meds. I have been thinking long and hard on it and I can't see much disadvantage to it other than it being yet another label on him that may or maybe not be accurate. Although I don't think the special ed really helped him all the much, it did give the teacher a break from him and it seems like maybe she needs that. Poor little guy told me on Friday that he just can't seem to the stop talking and that he is just a "bad kid". I said that wasn't true and he said his teacher thinks he is. It made me really sad to hear that.
Have a great day everyone!
