Here I am with my normal question…will the dvds continue to be chaptered? I am
assuming so……but I am thinking that the free downloads will not be chaptered, which
makes sense if they are not, but curious about that. Also, do you know how long
you are tentatively planning the free downloads to be? Again, just curious… thanks

Hi all, anyone else being smashed on postage? normally shipping for pre sales are free but ive got a charge of $68US which translates to about $120 Australian. Looks like this will be the first series i wont order

Yes, everything is working fine on our end! To use the $10 OFF shipping coupon, you'll need to go through our Zonos International Portal and select your country. Please note that if you use a VPN or try to log in as if you're in the USA, the coupon won’t apply.

We also want to be upfront with you—we no longer offer free international shipping. Over the past year, international shipping costs have skyrocketed, and unfortunately, we can no longer absorb them. The rates you see at checkout are the actual live rates from UPS and the postal service—we don’t mark them up at all. In fact, in some cases, the shipping cost is higher than the order total itself.

Thank you for being upfront..... I haven't used my VPN for this transaction. That being said I do visit West coast USA and get my orders shipped there.
Also I may use a US third part company Hope this doesn't not cause any issue as far as your business is concerned.
