Prayers and thoughts please!

I just found out that my mom fell outside and hit her head on a rock and messed her arm up pretty bad. She couldn't get up for a while and my dad took her to the Emergency Room. They are checking out her head and taking x-rays now. She's in her late 60's and I'm really worried about her.

Thank so much everyone! My mom is a feisty one, so I'm sure she will come out of this ok, I just hate to see her hurt. She was actually outside moving BOULDERS when this happened. Yes, boulders! My parents live on the top of a hill surrounded by HUGE rocks. They have been working on their yard for years and keep repositioning these huge rocks. Bryan and I just shake our heads because normally it would take a fork lift to move the stuff that they move! Seriously, these rocks are bigger than I am.

I'll say a prayer for your Mom. ((hug)) I'm so glad she's in the ER and getting checked out. Better to be safe.

Edited to add: Your parents sound like mine. They're in their 80s now and still in awesome shape. I bet your mom will be fine.

- I wish your mom well too. I had a head bonk recently, falling six feet, I know how scary it is - it is so good your Dad was there for her. Sending positive thoughts, prayers, wishes.

Just talked to mom (still at the ER waiting to see a Doctor). She seems in good spirits and was laughing about it. She thinks she might have broken her wrist and her arm, but they haven't called her in yet to talk about her x-rays. I read off the list of things to watch for with her head. I'm nervous after that whole Natasha head situation a few months back. Thank you everyone for the hugs and positive thoughts, prayers!!!
