Powerstrike Distress!!!

Hi,
Anyone order Powerstrike via the internet and never got their order processed. I have sent numerous e-mails to them and have yet to get a common courtesy response I also left several v/m on their answering svc and have yet to get a return call. Oh! Im really disgusted with them. I was hoping to have my millenium 2 vhs & 3-dvd in my hands by the New Years and looks like I won't have it anytime soon due to No response. I am located in New York metro area as they are so I thought I go over there and possibly pick up my videos, No response although they sent one email at the time my order was placed to advise me they would notify me when my order was processed, meanwhile I never gave them my creditcard # because I preferred to do that part over the phone, "huh"? Has anyone here had a similar experience and if so what did you do to help resolve the matter? Im soooo angry I have never dealt with a company with such Poor business mgmt skills. You place an order with Cathe or Collage Video you get timely svc and response. I wish there was some place else other than ck sales to order their videos. I don't think a Co. should get away with this kind of poor customer svc, Im ready to post a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
Thanks For Listening, Im just very frustrated about Powerstrike's shoddy svc.

Wow, I've never had that experience with them. Even when I've just sent plain "really like the workout" emails they've always sent me back a personal reply saying "thank you for the kind words..." email, so I don't know what's up?

Maybe they're "out of the office" for the holidays? I don't think their set up is as grand as Cathe's or Collage. I get the impression they're much smaller, sort of "mom and pop" like.

Is there a telephone # somewhere? Seems like I remember someone saying they called once and actually spoke to one of them when ordering a video by phone. I think I read that at VF some time ago. maybe you can try getting a phone # and calling.

I have had many issues with their company too, including multiple charge and shipping of same video, not responding to emails and vocal messages....
I have ordered the PS3 dvd too and I too hoped to have it before
I got a reply to the email - after pestering them a lot Ihave come to know them "personally" also because I am Italian as Ilaria - and I was told they should have the dvd out by mid January HOPEFULLY
I know their service is really not top quality (!!!) expecially if u are used to SNM one, but they have wonderful wos
I managed to get 2 old used Shadow Boxing vhs too and I am so happy about those too and i have the PS Mill 1 & 2
Every order I place with them is a pain, but it goes away when I get the videos :) !

They have always promptly responded to my voice and/or e-mails message. I've always gotten good service when ordering directly from the company or via CK Sales. In fact, I had a minor problem with one tape and received a brand new tape free of charge without having to ship the problem tape back. That's great customer service to me!

This is a really small operation. I wouldn't be surprised if the instructors in the video aren't mailing out tapes themselves. The holidays are probably a major reason why you haven't heard back from them. It sounds like you haven't been charged. I would give them a few days. I'm sure you'll here from them soon.

Aer there different e-mail addresses for them? I've never had problems getting responses to my e-mail messages. I also had a video with a glitch and was immediately sent a replacement and told to toss the defective copy.

However, I never got the second "delay shipment" notice on the DVD, even though I did get the first message.

Seems like they're inconsistent, and wether you get good or bad service depends on the luck of the draw. Not very comforting.

to get to the bottom of this. Im just anxious I guess. Im waiting patiently for Cathe's new intensity dvd's and thought this could tie me over until then.
Seems as if though every 10 get's quality customer svc in a timely manner and every 5 don't. Luck of the draw you might say.
