Post your "favorites" from Cathe workouts

Just for fun: I'd like to know everyone's "favorite" parts of Cathe's workouts.

Here are some of mine:

Favorite warmup: 4DS Lower Intensity Step--so much fun!
Favorite quip: "Shakin like a Chihuahua"--I'm glad tricep dips are close to the ground because I almost fell the first time I heard her say that.
Favorite calorie burner: Bootcamp
Favorite weight workout: S&H (because I haven't done STS yet)
Favorite interval: Imax3 plie squats (#6?)--because it's the hardest one of the workout for me and I know I can get through the rest.
Favorite step routine: C&W #4
Favorite stretch: Can't think of the workout right now--"mental pause."
Favorite abs: KPC

Warm-up: Cardio Fusion
Cal-Burner: 4Day split Bootcamp
Weight Workout: Meso 3 plyo legs
Interval: High intensity step #2
Step routine: Cardio Fusion, 2nd one with the green outfits
Abs: Don't have one right now. Ready for Cardio Core Circuit

I love Cardio Fusion. I like to do it with 3 risers. I wouldn't recommend it without knee pads and a helmet.
I love the music for the second phase with the green outfits.
Girls just wanna have fun is my favorite.

I have a feeling Cardio Core Circuit will be my new favorite.

Favorite Interval: In BM2- the side lunges interval
Favorite Step Routine: I have 2....HIS #2 and C&W #2
Favorite Stretch: Legs and Glutes
Favorite Abs: 4DS KB

Favorite quip: You can get a lot done in 10 minutes!
Favorite calorie burner: Body Max 2
Favorite weight workout: CTX Upper Body Split or MIS
Favorite interval: Imax 2 - #9
Favorite step routine: Step Blast -combo #3
Favorite stretch: LIC
Favorite abs: Core Max Seg. 1

Favorite Hi/Lo: CTX: Power Circuits
Favorite Step "move": the mambo's on the step in Low Max-fun!
Favorite Premix: LIC - Cardio Timesaver
 
Favorite warmup: Butts and Gutts, don't know why, but it is!
Favorite quip: "Shakin like a Chihuahua" I couldn't agree more!
Favorite calorie burner: The Viper/Bodymax2/Butts and Gutts
Favorite weight workout: Gym styles, but i do like slow and heavy
Favorite interval: Terminator climbers (Bootcamp)
Favorite step routine: Cardio and Weights
Favorite stretch: Gym style legs, because I need it so much!
Favorite abs: Butts and Gutts and slow and heavy
Favourite workout for fun factor: Drill max
Favourite Biceps workout: Gym styles
Favourite Shoulder workout: Power hour
Favourite triceps: MIS
Favourite Back: Slow and Heavy
Favourite Chest: Gym Styles
Favourite legs workout: Gym style legs/ butts and gutts

This is not easy. I love the blasts from Imax 1,2,3. :p.
4DS Bootcamp and Kickbox cardio.
OMG :eek: Butts and guts, love this workout. All her leg workouts are great.
Kick Max blasts, Max. Int. Cardio first part.
Her ab workouts are the best. I just started to do them with a weighted west and it is not easy.
Her weight workouts are good. Great exercises and she always knows when to bonus us. :mad::D

Favorite quip: can't really come up with one
Favorite calorie burner:drill max
Favorite weight workout: i don't do weights w/ vidsanymore but power hour was one of my favs
Favorite interval: the pina colada one in imax2 b/c i feel i want to quit but something with that song keeps me going
Favorite step routine:rhythmic step
Favorite stretch: stretch max on the ball
Favorite abs: KPC or BM2

I really like Imax 2: Pina colada with the elephant stomps...:eek:

in S&H Legs, she goes, "That felt good...maybe that's a lie!"

I like Circuit Max a lot...and for don't kill me days, I like C&W.

The shoulder work in CTX is convenient to add on:)

Love S&H Legs and happy with the Squat Rack option in STS...I have pin thin legs and need to get them bigger.

I don't know about a favorite warm up, my favorite part would be the cooldown.:p

Favorite weight workout: Muscle Endurance
Favorite interval: The seventh in Low Max, does that count as an interval?
Favorite step routine: Body Max 2
Favorite stretch: Low Max
Favorite abs: BM2 and LIC

And I'll add:

Favorite song: Jessie's girl remix on BM2 and Girls Just Wanna have fun remix from LIC
