Hi,
I have two accomplishments of which I am proud:
1) the fact that I make 8-9 hrs/week on average to exercise. This a big deal to me as I work about 12 hours/day and usually work several hrs/day on the weekend in addition to running errands and doing house work. This means that I usually don't start working out until about 9 PM and it is so tempting to just want to sit on the couch and veg out.
2) the increases I have made in upper body strength. I have a small frame and a very small upper body. My legs have always been strong due to ballet but upper body needed strength. I am still small on top but have very defined muscles and am proud of the fact that I can lift heavy for me: 50lbs bench press, 20 lbs concentration curls and hammer curls and can go heavy on back and triceps as well. Still working on sholder strength (am only lifting 15lbs/arm in overhead press and have been stuck there for months)
