Post your Accomplishments here...

Boy, everyone is inspiring me so much here!:*
It is so great to hear how everyone is coming along. Just love it!
All of you should be so proud of yourselves. We will have to post NEW pictures of all our accomplishments soon.

I just had a tubal ligation last Tuesday and am already back to my normal workouts! :D

I started walking on Wednesday and Thursday, and then did short runs and light strength workouts over the weekend and got back to my normal routine on Monday. Last night was my first normal length run (9 miles)!

I was worried that it would take a while after surgery to get back to my normal routine, but I'm just thrilled with my recovery.

Don't laugh...I FINALLY got the warm-up in LowMax right! :7 I kept wanting to dbl. tap on top of the step with my left foot FIRST but finally realized after MUCH concentration that Cathe touches the floor with the right foot and then also dbl. taps on top of the step with the SAME foot. Talk about JOY! I know, I know you guys, but it sure made ME feel good!http://www.planetsmilies.com/smilies/party/party08.gif

Erika, that's FANTASTIC!!! And Debbie, way to go! I have problems with that too. But just a word of advice. Spinning on your head like that CAN'T be good for your brain;)

Wow Erica!

That is unbelievable how fast you recovered! A nine mile run? Woo-Hooo! Hey, you guys really got hit with that storm. Hope you didn't lose electricity? We lost ours about 6 times but luckily it came back on in minutes every time.

Shelley!

Hmmm, maybe that is why I had trouble getting that dbl. tap right, eh??? It's much harder to do while spinning on one's head! :7

Oh man, you all have such awesome accomplishments! Way to go everyone!

Mine is kinda lame. I'm really new to Cathe - my big accomplishment (if you can call it that), is doing my first Cathe workout ever. I did LowMax on Sunday and it was soooo much fun! I did the step only Premix because I'm still getting over a cold and I've got a bit of a cough - intervals would send me into a deadly coughing fit at this point. But I loved the step only premix - it was a great cardio workout! I thought for sure I'd trip over myself and never be able to get the footwork (it's pretty complicated!), but surprisingly, I was able to get ALL the step combos down. That's a huge accomplishment for me because (1) I'm a natural-born klutz and (2) I don't have much step experience. But anyway, now that I have actually done a Cathe workout, I can officially say, I'm hooked and can't wait to do more. My Cathe DVD collection is quickly growing - I have more coming in than I can keep up with. ;) I've heard great things about PUB/PLB, so I think I'll attempt that one tomorrow. Wish me luck! :D

OH SHOOT!!!!! Reading your post made me remember that I was supposed to go to my ob/gyn this afternoon at 12pm to talk about a tubal ligation!!!!! RATS, I MISSED IT!!! It's rescheduled for next week....I can't believe I did that.

Anyway, I'd love to hear about your experience with this. Can you email me and tell me how it was??

Many thanks, Erica!

Angie

Debbie H,

Yeah....me too on the Low Max footing! Forget IMAX 3. It's still sitting in it's little container till I'm feeling like I want to tackle that complex coreography. I will one day....I'm sure of it x(

Good lord Emily!!! Your first Cathe workout and you made it all the way through? That's pretty outstanding, if you ask me. Well done!

Angie - I sent you an email. :)

Debbie - we lost power for 13 hours. My in-laws were without power for 48 hours! That was an incredible snowstorm - one of the worst I've ever seen.

I've enjoyed reading everyone's accomplishments - very motivating and inspiring!

We should all be proud for working out consistently and feeling so enthusiastic!

I decided to flex my bicep in front of the mirror the other day and noticed that I have that cut that separates the bicep muscle from the shoulder. I don't know if you know what I mean, but it was very exciting for me. I immediately ran and made my husband watch me flex.

All you women are amazing! Way to go!

Last week I did every stinkin' pushup on my toes at the beginning of GS Chest and Triceps. The last few may not have been the best form and I was certainly screaming a few obsenities at that point, but I finished them nonetheless. I'm doing S & H this week and next, but I hope I can repeat this accomplishment the next time I do the GS workout.

After a very lack lustre first attempt at IMAX3 (at 4AM) a couple of weeks ago, I got thru all 10 intervals (with slight modifications) today!!

I notice my triceps are starting to become more pronounced - whoo hoo! I can also get through Imax 2 with less potty mouth language..lol.

WOW Ladies!!! You are all not only amazing, but incredibly inspiring as well!! My accomplishment: Getting back to exercising after not exercising for 6-7 months and putting on all the weight I had lost previously (Depressing), but at least I'm on the road back to fitness. I had previously gone from a tight 12 to a loose (falling off) 8. Unfortunately, having not exercised in forever, I'm back up to a loose 12 (I should be happy it isn't tight!!).

I started working out again in February (for 2 days) only to get sick with the flu. So, I started again on March 10 and have been exercising regularly 4-6 days per week since. This weekend will mark my first month back.

No big changes yet, but I will be looking forward to posting them when they start happening!! I am using Cathe, Powerstrike Millenium, some Power 90, and some Taebo.

Wish me luck!

Mary:)
