So true. If you don't use a workout or 2 or 3, it decreases the value of the pre-sale. Sometimes I think subscribing to On-Demand for a month, to try out new workouts could be an option before purchasing the dvd or downloads. Something for me to think about.

Yes, they are! I guess I knew at the beginning that I probably wouldn’t be able to use
the regular ones……the sets of fabric bands that I previously got thru Amazon, had
extra light & light ones, and even tho’ they were the regular length, using both of those
helps a lot with the overhead moves & others.

I can even use Cathe’s heavy band in the longer ones for some exercises. So proud
of myself:)

not too long ago and brought me an invitation to her party. Her mom said she loves
trolls! So off to Walmart I went in search of “anything trolls”. And I was shocked that
the trolls I guess that are popular now were different. So I got her one, but lo & behold,
I found a troll just like the ones I remember, only a bit bigger…so to sum it up, she
got 2 trolls! Plus A troll activity book, crayons…:). Her mom said she absolutely loved
them…trip & $ well spent…

IMPORTANT: Lift, Move & Restore Update (11-11-24)​

Hi Everyone!

We’ve received word from the replicator that they expect to have our production run done by the end of this week. At that point the DVDs will begin their journey from California to New Jersey. If you’ve moved since placing your pre-sale order please contact our customer service team at [email protected] so that we can update your address and ensure that your DVDs are sent to the correct address. We’ll continue to update everyone as we know more. We’re getting super close and super excited now!

As we await the arrival of the DVD’s our team is working hard to ensure that the OnDemand files are ready to go when we ship the DVDs. We are also finalizing the Lift, Move & Restore User’s Guide which includes multiple rotations to get you started with the new series.
