PHA2 vs PHA3

I love PHA 3! And I love the original PHA. I’ve only done PHA2 once but it was a long time ago. I love PHA because you get benefits of weight training and a really good elevated heart rate without doing a cardio workout. I can use the same weights as Cathe in PHA3, I’d love to know my calorie burn for that one!
 
I love them both - the PHAs are my favorites, so efficient! I think PHA 3 is a little harder on my back, but in a good way - seems like there are more lower body moves with a hip hinge. Good for functional fitness!
