Good morning,
No workout yesterday, took a rest day.
Carolyn, good to keep resting your hamstring. That is one that you shouldn't get back using too soon. I can imagine how different the house must seem with everyone gone.
Valerie, Have a safe trip! I am with you on banning all private sales of any type of fireworks. The ones done by professional should be the only ones available.
Diane Sue, nice that you have your granddaughter learning to sew. Not many girls want to learn that type of thing any more. In all the time we have been training dogs, it has been said that harnesses only make things worse, if you have a strong dog. It allows them to pull with their full body weight. At the club we recommend the prong collars for dogs that tend to pull, but only use for training and walking. Choke collars are not good for walking dogs that pull. They are used specifically in training, and we have to make sure the people know how to put them on correctly, and how to use them. I like the idea of a shock collar with a tone, so you can train for them to respond to the tone, and not have to use the shock part.
Lori, glad your toe is not preventing you from working out. that clip looked like a fun workout. What is the ball thing again?
Cardio on the rotation today. I am not sure I can do 4 weeks of the FT rotation...even with the "cardio of choice" days, I think I would get bored using the same 3 workouts...we'll see how it goes...
Take care,
