Pentagenarians & Beyond: W/B 7/3

Good Morning Everyone,

I need to get caught up on reading all the posts. Friday I took a rest day from working out and we spent most of the day working on the kitchen. We put in a new sink and faucet. We also bought a laser printer to replace the old inkjet printer.
The Tour De France started Saturday. I downloaded an NBC app so I can watch it on my ipad and phone.
Saturday I did a Spinerval and a KCM ab workout, Sunday I did 4 Day Split Legs & RWH Triceps, and yesterday I did a Spinerval.

I must be in the minority here with Facebook use. I've used it since 2007. I started using it to keep in touch with friends from Iowa, but I've ended up using it for a lot more. I am active in a Spinerval group and several Cathe/KCM type groups. I never click on links that I am unsure of and I never play the games (candy crush, etc) on Facebook. I have my privacy settings on the highest level, and have never had any problems. I have had to block/delete people and have learned to be very careful when accepting friend requests. I also avoid any discussions about religion and politics.

Deb-It's been non stop fireworks here for the past week. We also heard them after midnight. It's been so dry that many of the communities around here cancelled fireworks shows due to fire risk, but apparently that didn't stop people from doing them at home. I agree with you, I have never understood why people want to shoot off fireworks. I used to go to the fireworks shows when I was younger but have no interest in it now.

Valerie-all of the Blizzard Blasts are different, and most of them don't use a step. I agree about the ICE core work, I don't really care for it. I prefer the XTrain and RWH core segments, and Cathe's older core workouts, like Core Max & Ab Hits.

Lynda-I never had my ears pierced either. That sounds like a wonderful meal!

Caitlin-That is a great idea to use a bleach bottle for working out. I've also ordered from Heart Rate Monitor USA. They have good customer service.

Lori-The SB Challenge has gone by quickly! I haven't done all of the workouts but I've printed all of the weekly sheets so I can use them in my rotations. She has a couple of new workouts on her site that I want to try too. I just got the notice from Amazon that my Ruthless dvds are arriving tomorrow.

Diane Sue-I agree about KCM's DVDs. She has improved over the years, but I like her older workouts too. I haven't tried her stepboxing yet. Is it easier to follow than Cathe's step workouts?

Josie-I hope you had a nice 4th of July!

Judy

Valerie, I just looked and the only Ice blizzard blasts that use step are boot camp and low impact sweat. The abs for both are just okay to me. I use a heavier dumbbell and do things to intensify a bit. You might try the 4 sets premix for the Muscle meltdowns and go a bit heavier. I find them challenging going heavier.

what a coincidence... the two disks I looked yesterday at contained the blizzard blasts on the step! I found the manual, and downloaded it. I printed the boot camp workout a few minutes ago but must be low on ink as it's barely readable. will try later using DH's printer.

Diane sue, Judy...I see I might still be able to use these. I had 45 min before dinner ... so I picked a premix off Low Impact Sweat that had a blizzard blast, a muscle meltdown, core and stretch. 41 min, just right. I had not looked at either disk before. when I saw all the step work I started but gave up quickly. it goes so fast, and I can't make my feet and arms do all those different things, just annoying and confusing for me. switched to Bootcamp and got more of the same. Now I was REALLY annoyed so skipped ahead and did the muscle meltdown, and the core work. I was by now VERY annoyed because none of the parts worked for me and I didn't have time to look for more options. I should have previewed... ressed for time, didn't expect to get... what I got. I ended up with a little cardio, and the upper body weight work. I didn't increase the weights, used what cathe did, but by itself it wasn't enough to call a good workout. I didn't care for the core work. will print these out and preview with an eye to avoiding step work.
Deb, I also had to go to a doctor for my first ear piercing. it was fine for 40+ years. I decided to get a second hole punched and that was the end for me. It healed fine, I wore earrings for a while but gradually had more and more issues, along with my skin turning dirty looking under metal jewelry. it all happened gradually. my itchy back is the latest thing.

I also do not get the fascination with fireworks. luckily we had a wet several days so no fires. but the noise! all weekend. I think the worst is over with finally. I've gotten so turned off to the idea I put in earplugs, put my head under a pillow and bury myself. I didn't like them even when I was a kid.

Judy strong work on the sink and faucet. It makes such a difference. we did a new shower head in our guest bath and a new curved shower curtain rod. we are doing the faucet next. the original faucet didn't stick out far enough to work with the sink. n

Hi everyone--

This morning I did ICE RS (47:59).

We had a nice time with my FIL and MIL for dinner last night. She needs a break, though, from caretaking. Since one of my usual Jacob's Pillow companions won't be using her ticket this Saturday, she gave it to me and I will bring my MIL. She watches over FIL like a mother hen and just worries all the time. He says he can be alone for an afternoon and he won't go outside. I'm sure Kim will stop in and he lives a short way away from his other son, so he can stop in as well.

Valerie, there's nothing fancy about the step part of Sweat. I'm sure you could just do the hiits on the floor and skip the step altogether. I can't remember the core very well, but I did like the CUB where you do weights while stretching out your legs, and I could feel a real tightening in my lower abs. I have been doing so many Live workouts I just can't remember the ICE workouts except for Sweat and RS which I did today and had a good workout with 1 lb. gloves.

It was fairly quiet here last night. I think the boys that formerly had a lot of fireworks at night have grown up or were away.

Judy, Kim has the East Mountain Farm Facebook page, but it is primarily for business purposes. My sons are on Facebook, but their use of it seems to have waned a lot in recent years. There are so many ways to keep in touch with their friends I guess that it's no longer a priority.

My sit and stand desk was just installed. Very easy to use and ergonomically much better for me to get up every now and then and work standing.

I guess we are in for a mini heatwave this week with lots of humidity.

Today I did Kelly Coffey 30 minutes to fitness Step Boxing both workouts mix without the weight drills, 57 minutes, 412 calories. heart rate 126 avg. / 160 max . I then did Kelly's Athletic Step workout skipping the warm up, 30 minutes, 210 calories. 124 avg. / 142 max . I wore my 1 # weighted gloves for these workouts because Athletic step has step boxing mixed in as well. I forgot how much I like the Step Boxing. I finished of with a mix up of first Pyramid Abs some TRX saw and prone knee ins, and pikes, finishing with Pyramid stretch from upper body and some TRX stretching, 25 minutes 100 calories. Total time was 1 hr 52 minutes and calories burned 722 :0 I have not had a calorie burn like that in a long time. I got some new protein milk shake bar mixes today. I had the cupcake batter made with silk coconut milk post workout. It was yummy and their website has a lot of protein shake and "ice cream" bar recipes. www.proteinmilkshakebar.com . I have to run to the store. Today is house cleaning day and I really hate having to mix in a store trip, but it cannot be helped. The shower drain is not draining well. I was hoping to get Gertie a bath in that shower today. I keep a screen over the drain for Gertie's showers.

Judy, I do have 3 secret fitness groups that I belong to. Not much activity anymore on them though. One of them I was left the moderator for. I used to belong to a couple of nutrition groups as well. One was a vegan one but I have not been there in awhile. No games here. The only thing I play is Word with Friends with on person. She is in one of the fitness groups and used to check in here years ago.. There was some odd person checking in for awhile trying to stir up trouble here and a group of the women veered off to a email check in and later we used facebook. I got to know them all pretty well and I met one of them in Indiana that I talked to on the phone a lot. It has been about 12 years now and I am only in touch with two of them the last couple of years. I keep up with family and my husband had set up a secret group for relatives on his side to all share pictures past and current. I don't have a hard time following Cathe on step most of the time. It may take a few workouts to get it down with ones like Party Rockin step 1. I would say Kelly's step boxing is definitely easier. There is no place where your back is to the television. There are a few turns to get you on the other side of the step. Some moves are off the step entirely. She has one person not using a step at all and there is a place where she does some hops on and off the step but says you do not have to follow her and the others are not doing it. I believe the first step boxing workout before 30 minutes to fitness does have a bit of turning and over the step moves because I remember having to learn a particular sequence. For the most part I have never found one of her workouts to be difficult with the choreography.

Valerie, I understand the frustration when pressed for time and the workouts are not right. Taking them in and out and waiting for others to load is time consuming. I think the blizzard blasts sort of go along with the type of workout that you are doing after I looked at the exercises in the manual. I really want the kickboxing one. Maybe next month for my birthday. I did notice Upper Body and to the Mat do not have a blizzard blast on them. The other lower body one does though. I have upper body and it has both core workouts and that is it.
Speaking of faucets, I am frustrated with the new one we put in my bath sink. The plumber we finally had out had a hard time with it and the company sent us out some new parts because it was still leaking. Well, my son put the next part in and it worked for awhile and now it drips. It was leaking around the handle before. It is the hot water side. I have to turn it off and on under the sink. The plumber said to get Delta next time and not American Standard. We paid over 200 dollars for what we thought was the better faucet.

Lynda, that is nice that you will be able to take your MIL to Jacob's Pillow. I am sure that she will enjoy the break. I am glad that your standing desk is working well for you.

Good evening all!

No workout yesterday. Ended up placing paving stones leading out to stone patio from house. So much digging and heaving lifting of all the stones. That was an upper body workout for sure. Stones look great and glad I decided on a whim to do it. This morning was SB Barre Hiit that was scheduled for yesterday. Only workout for the day. I was really tired when I came home.

We have a new CEO!! He seems really down to earth. Uses the word team frequently. The old CEO was all...I did this or I am wonderful...blah blah. Being his assistant I hope we can have a better relationship than the previous one. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Judy...I am pretty much like you and use Facebook alot. I have several groups I belong to and I enjoy communicating with my family via Facebook. I have many cousins and this is a great tool for us to keep in touch. You and Lynda may be the only 2 people I know that do not have their ears pierced. I have 3 on the left and 2 on the right. No clue why. Did this in highschool. Tried to have the extras close but they never did. I do not mind though I actually like them. Great workouts! I love our new kitchen faucet.

Valerie..I agree with Lynda about the non dancy step in the Sweat 2. I do not like fancy, dancy step either but this is doable. Pretty sure you can do with out a step and still get a great workout.

Lynda...so nice you will be taking your MIL. We could hear a ton of fireworks. Good thing little Nilla is deaf now otherwise she would have been a mess.

Diane Sue...no games for me on FB either. I have no time for them. Unbelievable calorie burn! Good for you. Did you order KCM's new dvd? I am looking forward to this. That is horrible about your faucet. I would be so fustrated.

Deb...been so humid here too. My mom took me when I was in 3rd grade to have them pierced. The others I did myself in highschool with a needle and an icecube. I pierced all my brothers friends ears too. Back then all the guys were piercing one ear. That rail trail sounds great. How many miles is it?

Hi to Caitlin and Josie!

did a rock'em sock'em 30 min premix today. tried one before ...a while ago. went OK. I am pretty awful at any kind of footwork, even extremely simple stuff. and I am pretty awful at following this kind of thing. when they handed out un-coordination, I was at the head of the class. I kept on punching even if not in the exact correct sequence. It takes me so many repeats to get it even close to Cathe. I remember how long it took for KPC. I finally did get it pretty well, though. I wasn't even slightly tired at the end, but we needed dinner. plus I got some sore spots from something the last few days. been raining, maybe outdoor work tomorrow.

Lori laying pavers is so much work!. we did some of those brick walls... with the BIG bricks. that will come back to haunt for days!
I don't have any particular hatred for fb, just don't like it much.

Good morning,

Yesterday I did Live Phat 2. A favorite for sure. 44 minutes, 293 calories.

Judy, very ambitious, a sink and faucet? What type of sink did you get? How is that NBC app? The CBS one is horrible! I tried it on my iPad to watch The Good Wife when it was on and ended up deleting it. It got terrible reviews too. It was better to just watch the show the day after it aired from the regular CBS website. I could never figure out what the issue was. The locals were still shooting off some firecrackers last night, but very little and they stopped early. I guess it is done for this year.
We are lucky that the dogs we have don't care at all about firecrackers, or thunder etc. When we were young, we were only allowed to get those sticks that you lit...sparklers?....no firecrackers. I didn't care....those were good enough for me.

Diane Sue, wow, great workouts and good burn! Thanks for the reminder that there is a 4 set premix for the Muscle Meltdowns....I always wanted to do a "one body part per day" rotation with those, but signed up for Live and have not gone back to DVD's yet. I looked at the link to the protein powder etc....it looks like you can make ice cream from this? have you tried that? Sorry about the faucet....it doesn't matter about the brand, you can get bad ones no matter which brand you choose. Is it too late to take it back?

Valerie, on those step portions of the blizzard blasts, can you substitute just the up and down step move, switching start legs every once in a while, or the knee up to each corner move? That is probably what I would do, since like you, I cannot follow Cathe's step workouts. I think the ICE workouts have the best premixes.

Lynda, that is so nice that you got that extra ticket for your MIL....she will really enjoy it and I can imagine that she needs a break. Glad your sit/stand desk is working out...I can quickly make mine a stand desk, but I need to get used to it...it's hard to stand there and type...not natural at all.

Lori, I hope the new CEO is nicer than the old one...having a good boss makes all the difference in job satisfaction etc. Yes, putting in pavers is definitely an upper body workout. We have them all around our garden, and a path through it with pavers....they make a nice path, as well as keeping the weeds down. I think the rails to trails path is a little over 4 miles.

Hi to Josie,

Meeting my cousin at the track, hope its not too humid, then finishing the dog's food...later meeting an old friend from the work association I belonged to for lunch...

Take care,

Kylee....in the flower garden...not a great picture...but you get the idea...

Hi Everyone,

Yesterday I did Chiseled Upper Body, Body Beast Build Shoulders, & Body Beast Abs. The total workout was 90 minutes. Today I will be doing a Spinerval and watching part of the Tour De France.

Deb-I love the photo of Kylee in the garden! I love your garden too! We got a Neptune stainless steel sink and a Delta Foundations faucet.
The NBC app is great! The cycling pass is $29.99 a year and is well worth it for everything you get access to. I've only been using it on my iPad but I can use it with Apple TV too. I don't have any other NBC apps but based on this one, I'd say it's probably better than the CBS app that you had.
http://www.nbcsports.com/gold.
We heard fireworks again last night, but only for a little while and not very loud.

Lori-The new CEO sounds better than your last one. I hope he is nice to work with. It has been so humid here too. It's 87% right now, with thunderstorms and highs in the 90's predicted for the rest of the week.

Diane Sue-I agree about Kelly's choreography. I haven't found any of her workouts to be too hard to follow. I will try out her step boxing later this week. That protein powder looks good. I might have to order one to try.

Valerie-I know what you mean about getting frustrated with a workout. That's why I gave up on Cathe's step workouts. It was just too frustrating for me to try to follow. It's the same reason I wouldn't ever try a Zumba class.
When we were at Home Depot getting the sink we saw a whirlpool bathtub that would be perfect for our bathroom. That might be our next project.

Lynda-that is so nice of you to take your MIL out. That will be good for her to take a break from caretaking. It sounds like you are getting the same weather we have this week.

Hi to Josie & Caitlin!

Judy

Deb, if I had a flower bed that big it would be my back yard. It looks lovely. I keep putting out those brick squares to fill in the areas that wash out so it is not a mud hole. We need a landscaper.

Judy, I ordered that protein shake through Amazon. There was a coupon code so I got about 9 dollars off of two bags. I got chocolate mousse and rhe cupcake flavors.

Wow, I read some of the posts, and you people work out like maniacs the way I do. I had to look at my postings here to realize I have to take a rest day.

Thanks for the supportive words.. I feel like a total doofus trying to do any sort of step. I get so annoyed I usually stop. the kick box yesterday was less difficult to follow. I can get this after a few repeats. the punching moves are not that varied so as long as you keep swinging, I think the same thing is accomplished. hmm..... snowangels? not planning on doing those. will sub something else less with less impact. I find I can get one side, right or left, and not the other! but not always the same side. I even confuse which side I've already done. Hopeless.

Judy, no zumba for me either. there are enough things to do..why something that annoys and frustrates? I like to think I don't avoid challenge but step work is impossible for me.
It's been pretty wet here for a week, today is dry, finally. we have a guy coming to estimate on replacing some windows so can't ride until this afternoon. tomorrow DH has a dental recheck so again, can't do anything until later.
Deb, looks like daylilies. what's the tall white flowering bush?

I printed out all the worksheets for ICE though I didn't intend to. DH's printer did more than I told it to do. I've decided to upgrade to a new printer next Costco trip. this one is at least 20 years old. paper feed doesn't work right anymore and only aftermarket cartridges available.

In one of those crazy consumer situations, we found synthetic oil is cheaper to buy thru amazon and have it shipped than you can buy anyplace locally. so we got a case of oil via Prime. I needed parchment paper. Costco stores don't have it currently. it also was cheaper thru amazon for the exact same product (Kirkland) and brand with free shipping. go figure...

Valerie, that is a Rose of Sharon...what you are seeing for flowers is actually a hanging basket on a pole in the forefront...the pic makes it look like the flowers are coming out of that bush....I am not the greatest photographer...LOL...:)

Hi Ladies,

Sorry for not posting much. My peanuts left last Thursday, but was able to workout during the week since they no longer wake up early.
My mom was admitted to the hospital last Saturday and has had 3 falls two weeks before being admitted. Thankfully nothing was broken.
She is battling diabetes, thyroid and heart problems and she also suffers from sleep apnea. I don't know how long she will be there.

I will keep you posted as I find out more information.

Josie

Hi everyone--

This morning I did ICE Metabolic. I wanted to do live fit and firm, but once again, streaming was not working. I think I will have to quit this because it is too irritating.

Josie, sorry about your mom. It sounds like quite a host of issues.

Beautiful garden, Deb! Kylee looks like she is posing.

Lori, that is great news about your new CEO. The last one was a real taskmaster who made you lose sleep every Sunday.

Diane Sue, I have those Step Boxing workouts with KCM and remember enjoying them a lot, especially the one where you have weights in between the step boxing. Kind of long but a good all-round workout.

Valerie, maybe you should stick to cycling and hiking and weights if you feel intimidated or frustrated by Cathe's kickboxing or step. For me, Cathe was always my favorite on step, and she was definitely better on cueing than many others I tried. I also loved Kari Anderson's cueing on step and Christi Taylor. I just haven't enjoyed step now for a few years.

Judy, I remember watching the Tour de France several years when it coincided with our vacation at the Jersey Shore. Now, I think it's tainted by all the drug scandals.

Hi to Caitlin!

Today I did my workout and we went to see the new Independence Day movie. I have 3 grandchildren tomorrow so I will try to get a short cardio in tomorrow before I pick up two of them. I had plans to take them to the park. I saw a man with his children today when I drove by and it was 101 outside. We may not be there long. It is humid and I was out in the garage trying to get the car seat all strapped in for the two year old. I was drenched in a few minutes.
My workout today was Amy Ross KB2 or Kettlebell Squared? I think the box says KB2 though. 63 minutes, 360 calories. This is another one that I have not done in a couple of years. I need to do it more, I almost forgot some of the turns and kicks on the kickboxing but I kept moving. The kettlebell intervals are not real long. I never noticed that there is a mix of all modified intervals on it. I had to lighten up on the get ups. I am glad she goes slowly and explains it as she goes. I then did Kelly Coffey Muscle Up workout #2 lower body and arms, 42 minutes, 169 calories. I finished off with the bonus stretch on Kelly's Boot camp, 18 minutes, 36 calories. That was always a favorite for a good lower body stretch. Total time 1 hour 57 minutes, 565 calories.
Muscle Up weights 2 sets each superset
Sumos 25's 8 reps
bridge 25# 16 reps

lunges 20's alternating 8 reps
deadlift 30's 8 reps

curtsy squat 20's 8 reps
frog squat body weight 16 reps

Biceps 15's flip curl
pledge curls 15's

side curls 15's 8 reps
alternating hammer curls 20's 8 reps

skull crushers 17.5's 8 reps
? I am lost on what I did

Overhead extensions 25# 8 reps
triceps kickbacks both arms 15's 8 reps

Judy, Valerie, I gave my Zumba Exhilarate to my daughters and never did try all of them. I think the easiest one was a weight one and I found that Beto guy annoying when he would do suggestive wiggles of his hips while lifting those tiny shake weights. I gave those away too. I am not good at dancing workouts at all. I have tried several and not one of them worked for me.

Valerie, I did that recently and ended up with part of Ice that I do not have. I had just wanted the work sheets and moves for the ones that I have.
I thought I put the page numbers down correctly. Sometimes you get a much better deal from Amazon and then sometimes I find things are higher or about the same once I figure the no shipping and no tax in. I order my filters for my air purifier from Amazon all of the time. It costs less and sometimes they are on my doorstep in a day. I don't know how they do that. It is nice to not have to go out hunting for an item like that. I just ordered because I discovered I had two pieces that are two small. I duck taped them together for now.

Josie, I am sorry to hear that your mother is in the hospital. I hope she does not have to stay too long. I bet that you enjoyed the peanuts. It is probably quiet without them.

Lori, it is nice that the new CEO is nice. I bet it is a relief going to work and not having something to dread.

Lynda, I used to love Kari Anderson. I don't think she does workouts anymore. I never hear anything. I would have done the weight segments with the Step Boxing yesterday but I was trying to avoid weights after doing Les Mills Pump Monday. I like that mix a lot.

Good morning,

Yesterday I walked 2 miles at the track...it was pretty humid. No rain, they said we would get thunderstorms overnight....it didn't happen. Maybe today. I tried to sleep in this morning....one of my travel alarms..( I have about 4 in a basket on my nightstand) went off at 5:12 huh??? I haven't used those in years...why all of a sudden would one go off? very strange. I am going to check them all and remove the batteries.

Josie, so sorry to hear about your Mom...I hope she is ok and is able to get out of the hospital soon. Will keep her in my thoughts.

Judy, wow what a workout combination! How is that Body Beast workout? I wish we would have gotten a stainless steel sink...we got one that is white, not porcelain, but a material (same as countertop) that allows it to be all connected with the countertop, no seams. That is what I liked about it, but it is all scratched and discolored. It looks like the app from NBC is sports related somehow? The CBS one is free, offered from the App Store...probably why it is awful. I'm with you and Valerie on Zumba..

Valerie, you are definitely not alone on Cathe's step workouts....I would have to start with the most basic one she has and work up to her regular ones, and I no longer like step enough to do that. Yes, most of our flowers in that bed are day lilies....I love them! They make great cut flowers for the house. We have others in there but the day lilies kind of crowd them out. We have to thin them out each year. My second favorites are the Spiderworts...they open in the daylight and close at night. A really pretty blue flower. Printers are so inexpensive these days, it's not worth the frustration keeping one that does not work right. What is the synthetic oil for?

Lynda, did Kim have any computer equipment on when you were trying to use the streaming? I hope you don't have to give it up...do you have to use the Thunder Shirt for Max with fireworks or did you not have that many since you are far out from all that?

Lori, that's right...maybe you will have good sleep on Sunday night's with a new CEO! :)

Diane Sue, I don't know how you ( and others here) work out for so long...they show ice cream on that site where you get the protein powder...do they make it with their powder somehow?

Hi to Caitlin...

A workout, then probably stuff around here...hopefully inside because it rains...

Take care,

We did a 26 mile ride yesterday later in the day. 2 hrs 7 minutes. I'm not too excited about watching cycling, even the tour de france. not a good spectator sport. I know they are incredibly fit and amazing athletes , but even if you are rooting for a particular person, they all look the pretty much same when they're riding. I will watch some clips but not too much more than that.

I guess I'm not alone in disliking step workouts! I never liked them or did them, except maybe as warm up if they weren't too complicated. I have a high step I use occasionally . I feel OK about rock em, sockem. I used to do KPC regularly but got tired of it and moved on to something else. it's was a good workout without weights. I plan on doing that again. I can also use the "slow down" button on my DVD player. it slows it by about 20% making it easier to follow if pacing is too fast and furious.

Ha... yes daylilies WILL crowd out everything else. no pests or diseases, they are tough. we have two rose of Sharon trees. they are nice because they flower for a long time and don't over grow the size they are supposed to be.

Deb, DH changes oil/filters on two of our cars unless they need some bigger maintenance. the newer one uses synthetic oil and for some reason the auto parts stores don't carry much of it and it's expensive. could not believe we got a better deal from amazon. wow, yes, remove the batteries! maybe some button got bumped and set accidentally.
Is that a Corian countertop and sink? My neighbor got corian in her kitchen remodel a few years ago, but she started getting scuff marks all over quickly. I like the seamless look but it didn't hold up even in a low use kitchen. I got porcelain and it's holding up well.
your dog looks so cute when she cocks her head to the side like that. is that specific to wire hair terriers?

I got my cotton bra and bra liner yesterday. the sizing is weird. not very many choices. believe me, this is not high fashion. when the stretch fabrics are removed, you end up with nothing that fits or supports very well. they are 100% cotton with plastic clasps. I hope for less itching as it's not getting better. there are other things I could be sensitive to, right down to the detergent I wash clothes with. my shampoo. I always wash my hair in the shower, so any hair products. I will try this for a few weeks then decide on the next step.
Josie that is unfortunate about your mother. that's a long list of problems. did she fall for any specific reason? Hopefully they can adjust her meds and get her tuned up.
