Judy we both survived our unpleasant trip to California and neither of us got sick. we took antiseptic wipes along and went over the "usual suspects" .... door handles, TV remote, etc. were careful to use sanitizer several times in the airport after touching surfaces like in security area. this hotel didn't have an exercise room and we were there too little time, but if we had used it I would have wiped down anything I'd use. I've never stayed in a hotel where the equipment actually worked well, so you avoid a lot of issues by bringing your own along.
we are all electric here. getting a generator set up correctly is challenging. we've thought about doing it to keep the frig and freezer running but have not done it. we have plenty of outages not related to storms. the cable company just "upgraded' speeds. we had a full day without internet and phone (not the end of the world ) but then our alarm system was messed up and we had to do a system reset and trigger the alarm to get it back to normal. a surprise, didn't expect that!
I did a chunk of To the Mat yesterday, the floor and band work. working up to barre. Deb I was surprised I can still hear music. it's not loud, just a faint background. I just hate one song! I've done that workout enough times and I hear it in background every time. I don't have Pure Strength.
Of the barre type workouts which is the easiest? I'm sure I have one or two but only minimal use. I plan on doing time saver premixes to ease into it. aim for one a week. maybe!
I am leery of supplements. I don't think there is much, if any, regulation by FDA or anyone else. things can have widely varying amounts of listed ingredients. or none at all. you are at the mercy of the manufacturer to be honest.
