Today I did JS One Mile of Motivation for 15 minutes, 112 calories burned, average heart rate 133, and maximum heart rate 149. Then I did STS 2.0 Mobility 1 for 19 minutes and 55 calories burned. There is a lot of storm clean up going on around this area.
