That is so funny. He's going to be on the Today Show this morning, it should be amusing to see Matt Lauer interview him.

I wonder if he is a writer, his aution name is something-Publisher.
 
I just saw him on the Today show and he was wearing the wedding dress and veil! He is quite funny and did make a comment that he wants to become a writer.

pretty weird. And the weirdest thing is that anyone with half a mind would pay 25k for that monstrous beady thing! I like the fact that people, anonymous people off the street, have responded to him so warmly. Sort of restores your faith in people's basic good naturedness. Weird.

That IS funny!! And I am flabergasted that the bidding for that dress is at $25k?!?!??!!! No way that can be for real!

But I especially liked the comment about his ex's "Texas sized cheerleader hair"!!! lol
 
Hey, check out the bid retraction's on this auction! This guy has to be bidding on his own auction just to draw more attention to it...I wonder if Ebay will discipline him for this stunt.
 
It was up to like 2 million dollars at one time. He added this note so I think that's why the bid went down:

"Because of the high profile of this item, I am changing the listing to Pre-Approved Bidders Only. To be pre-approved, please contact me at [email protected] and include "Serious Bidder" in the subject line of the email and I will return your email to pre-approve your bidding on the auction. Thank you for your interest."
 
This was too too funny! He got 113 bids, and he finally closed the auction at $3850. I think he can get to a ball game and maybe get a COUPLE beers with that (but with concession stand prices, maybe not!)
