On A High About Ripped With Hiit

Hi Everyone! Now that I have finished filming Ripped With Hiit (and returned from the roadtrip) I just wanted to share some highlights about the workouts. First I shared a lot of the low impact Hiit workouts and the Hiit Circuit Upper Body along with some of the rest of the series with our Daytona Roadtrippers this weekend and the response was overwhelmingly positive. Since I had just finished filming the night before it was fun for me to teach it and get a feel for how it was going over with everyone. I could instantly see smiles and a connection to the movements which excited me.

The moves are very easy to follow (as hiit moves need to be) yet very intense. I made a great effort to make them different from past workouts. While I will always have some personal favorites repeated in some new way, about 85% of each of the workouts are refreshingly different from past workouts (in either sequence or the move itself). And the low Impact Hiit workouts are about 90% different from what you've ever had in the past. The only places you might see the strongest resemblance of the past is in the warm ups because I love to keep the warm ups familiar and effective so that you are FULLY warmed up for the ramp up in intensity that follows. I'm pretty confident that the High Impact Hiits and the Low Impact Hiits will be some of your favorite "go to" workouts for getting the job done in 30 minutes or less.

Our Upper and Lower Body Hiit Circuit workouts are really fun. While its hard for me to pick a favorite between the two I think I lean a little more to the upper body circuit because it has a very unique format that we haven't ever done in the past and the exercises are so fun to do together.
The Lift It Hit It Workouts are also tough, time efficient and sequenced very effectively. Find that perfect weight and write it down for the ultimate challenge time after time. And of course as you get even stronger your weight selections will go up too. We all had DOMS for a couple of days after filming those three workouts.

The music on the workouts is mostly all instrumental and very upbeat with driving energy to support the workouts. I hope you like the new Ripped With Hiit Series as much as I do. We are editing machines and working diligently to get these to you as soon as possible. If you have any questions post them here and I will check back to answer them over the next couple of days.

Welcome back Cathe! Thanks for all the pics and info on the new series. Everything and everyone looks great. I'm looking forward to the new workouts as it seems like you really DO listen to what Cathletes want. Then you deliver!

I'm also kind of happy to hear that everyone had DOMS. Its nice to know it happens to you too!

Hi Cathe! Welcome back from Daytona! It looks and sounds like everyone in attendance had a fabulous time. (No surprise there ;) ) It's very exciting to hear from you about the new series. It's music to my ears to hear that YOU and your crew experienced DOMS during the filming! That's really saying something! I personally prefer instrumental music for the workouts, so I'm real happy to hear that that's been chosen for many of the video soundtracks. Thanks so much for your hard work and dedication, and thanks also to your team for everything they do to support your projects and your fans. So excited for these new DVDs!!

Cathe, I don't recall seeing any pics for Hit It Chest, Tri's, Front Delts. Who is in this workout with you? I can't wait for this set!! :)

Oh boy! These details from Cathe and personal anecdotes ramp up the anticipation even more! To have brought in so much new material and creativity also, well, that's just splendid and I am thrilled to hear this. I was interested before, now I can't wait to get my eager little hands on these DVDs. Roll on shipping day!

Welcome back Cathe! I am happy to hear the new workouts are different from the old ones. They sound amazing, can't wait. I love the new forum, so easy to use. The only thing the forum is missing is Cathe:( I miss you on the forum:(

Thanks so much for the update, Cathe. And welcome back! I'm so glad the ladies here helped me get over the urge to not pre-order. Now, I'm so excited for the new workouts! I vow to make a roadtrip one day, too. Please try to come to Atlanta one year!!!!

The new forums are so much more updated and current in the way of connecting better with one another. I often wanted to share photos and video clips with all of you and I was unable to with our old software. I'm so excited to be able to do this on our new upgraded forums now :)

Can't wait! Will you have rotations in the guide? I was hoping for a five day rotation for some of those months that can get really crazy!

I'm really looking forward to these workouts. I just started the Rock Bottoms rotation, so hopefully by the time I'm finished I'll have the new workouts to start something fresh!
