Most of my oldies are the Firm. My very first Firm video was "Tough Aerobic Mix" It used to kill me when I first bought it and it collected dust for a number of years. Now that I've been doing Cathe for a number of years, I do it on days when I want a lighter workout because it is not as challenging. I also have the Firm Volume 1 (Susan Harris) and the Firm Volume 6 (Jayne Poteet)which I bought because I loved their segments so much in the Tough Aerobic mix tape. I made the mistake of buying one of the newer Firm tapes (Cardio Sculpt) and went back to my old Firm standby's because it was too easy...Thanks Cathe
. I also have the original Buns of Steel with the bearded guy, (Greg Smithey) and its a killer lower body workout. I have the second Buns of Steel with Tamilee and I have Gilad's Sculpt and Tone workout which is circa 1995. All three of these are collecting dust now since I mainly work my classic Firm videos in with my Cathe.
