Old School FItness Videos

I think the oldest ones I had were Jane Fonda LP and Richard Simmons LP - this was B.V. (before video). I also have Richard Simmons first Sweatin' to the Oldies and a Cindy Crawford workout video.:)

Before I found Cathe, Karen Voight was my idol and I thought nothing could compare to her. I had Great Weighted workout, Energy Sprint, strong and smooth moves, lean legs and buns and others I just forgot.

This is going to sound crazy. My current library includes alot of what was mentioned above, For starters, Jane Fonda-3 of her step tapes plus aerobic too. Keli Roberts. CherFitness, RealFitness, Step it Strong. Petra Kolber, most of her Reebok releases. Gin Miller, most of hers period-AeroStep is the best. Charlene Prickett and the Bench Boys (my first extreme advance step tape and still a kicker) plus a few more of hers. Also, The Firm Cross trainers and Tough Tape.
Cathe, I will be up to 17 DVDs by Friday cause I finally ordered KPC by reading all the threads.
Variety is the spice of life. I feel blessed to have what I got and all my VHS old ones are working good still.
Before Cathe, my standards were The Firm and Gin Miller with Keli Roberts.

I also had Callanetics and the Jane Fonda RECORD! That was tough to follow without a picture. This was 25 years ago and she had a Michael Jackson song on it. I also had the first TaeBo tapes, but got rid of those. I had every Firm tape until I found out about Cathe from FitTV 2-3 years ago. I still have most of my Firm tapes even though I never do them anymore. Why am I holding on to them??

Gin

Gin,
I know how you feel, I need to unload my stuff too. Do librarys accept used VHSs for their use? Some of my friends have taken tapes that I quit using but no takers on my last offering.

Merry Christmas!

If you guys have a half priced book store in your areas they buy the VHS & DVD stuff. I find alot of oldie but goodies at mine.
Merry Christmas!
