I love this feeling! It almost feels like a little bit of a rest since I don't have to pull my legs back in on my own. That band just snaps them back together!

I actually find I can do air jacks much better with the bands then without! Before, I barely was able to get my legs out in the air...but for some reason, with the band, I can do it! I'm loving this band!
