Oh no my super sets dvd

has the timesaver dvd in it.It is even labeled timesaver.The rest are packaged correct but this was the one I wanted most of all.I emailed smn I hope they get back soon.
 
Oh, oh, I hope this isn't happening to a lot of people (actually, I hope it doesn't happen to ME!:) ) I've waited long enough for the DVD's (which aren't scheduled to arrive until Tuesday) to have a glitch like this happen.
 
Mine is all okay. I hoping this is just a fluke that happened during the fast packing and shipping. I'm sure SNM will make everything all right. ;-)

I hate to get something defective, or a wrong order and have to go through the hassle of shipping it back. I'd rather be doing a workout, you too? :p
 
Received all 4 of my DVDs and all are what they should be! These DVDs look awesome. Have previewed some of Timesaver. Awesome!
 
Oh no, sorry to hear this. I know it must be frustrating. Mine weren't mix up and I check a few already and so far no problem, keeping my fingers cross for the rest of them.

I haven't and emailed them 2 times I know they are swamped with emails but I am getting a little anxious to have the dvd I paid for.It was the one I wanted and the first one opened.

Hi, you guys. If I were you I would get the incorrectly packed DVD's back to SNM via Us Postal Service tomorrow. If you insure and confirm them, they'll be safeguarded and you can track them. I have found that confimation on mailed packages seems to get them moved more quickly. Make a copy of your invoice. That way, even if SNM remains backlogged for awhile, your packages will get there very quickly and they can ship corrected orders to you that much sooner! I admire your patience and lack of negativity too! My shipment won't be here until Wednesday and I have my fingers crossed!

Good idea, but then the people who got the wrong tape would have to pay for return postage and insurance and confirmation, which they shouldn't have to because the error was not their fault!

When my BB Step Blast was defective - they didn't even want me to send it back - they just sent me a new one - maybe they won't want those back.

I just thought that these DVD's aren't defective though. I am sure they will want those back - huh, well, I think Kathryn has a good point, they should send them a new one with the envelope to send the defective ones back with the postage necessary.

I am sure they (SNM) are very backlogged - it always seems that these things happen to them - as hard as they work to keep us pleased and things running smoothly they just dealt with the defective videos, and the long time frame between the videos and the DVD's now this - WOW what is next. Bummer!

Mine are due in tomorrow, hopefully, mine will be what they are suppose to be. But if I remember right a few people had the wrong tapes in the BB too.

Oh, Cheryl, me and my big mouth! You are probably right. I hadn't thought of that! Since it's the packaging, I was thinking they'd want them back right. I wonder if they just write them off as defective or if they'll want to repackage? Or even if they can?

Thank you, ma'am! Anyway, I hope mine are correct but if they aren't I know SNM will fix it! It is a bummer though! These puppies have been so anticipated, it has got be a tremendous disappointment for everyone affected.

Oh no, me too! I got mine on Friday but didn't have a chance to preview until now and discovered a Timesaver disc in the Supersets package. Must've been a bad batch. I was going to do KPC tomorrow but wanted to try Supersets Tuesday. Total bummer!
 
We have had several people with same problem (10 so far). We have pulled random samples from every box and all were fine, so we don't think there is going to be a lot of people with same problem. Time will tell,of course, as more people recive their DVDs. Anyone with this problem should email us. We will get back to you by email on Monday with how we're going to fix the proble. :)
 
I just came over to see if I was the only one! I was about to preview SS/PP and there was a Timesaver DVD inside!
