Not the update we were hoping to post

Hi All! Well I will get right to the point and tell you that SONY didn't come through for us today. This is very distressing to us and we would never have said anything about shipping today if it were not for their confirmation to us on Friday.

We are all completely frustrated here (and we KNOW you are too). We have a truck waiting outside for product pick up, extra staff on board anticipating working overtime tonight, and NUMEROUS calls out to Sony with no official final response to our inquiries yet (yes, we have even driven directly to the plant but that did no good with a bureaucracy as large as Sony and our direct contact person currently on vacation). We are currently pursuing other Sony contacts to look into matters for us.

I wanted to wait until I had definitive answers to post an update, but here it is after 5pm and we still have not gotten a call back. I must say we have never has an issue of this kind with Sony before so we are a little taken aback by the ongoings of todays events and can only hope for some answers soon.

I will post back as soon as I hear something. For now I am sorry to say that we are obviously not shipping out today x(

I know that of all of us, you are the most disappointed. You have worked so hard to get these out that my heart goes out to you. ;-)

The anticipation is like Christmas and an extra day will make it a little sweeter!

Aww man. That is bad news but I know it is really bad news to you. I'm sorry that they are doing this to you guys. I hope you get some news from someone soon. Best wishes.
 
Thanks so much for taking the news so well Terri. I have burned some serious calories today digging way down trying to get to the root of this delay. GRRRR!
 
I guess that just means we have a little extra time to "work up" to the intensity of the new workouts!!!;-)

Thanks for keeping us posted. I know that this is probably even more frustrating for you than us! These are your "babies" and you are such a perfectionist, that you want to see this through! Thank so much for your attention to the details!

I can feel your frustration, and I am sorry that you have encountered one more obstacle in this journey. :-( Hang in there, Cathe. You have poured your heart into these new workouts and are obviously doing everything possible to get them to us. It looks like we are all continuing the life lesson on patience.

Good things come to those who wait. These workouts will be worth the wait. I still believe. Thank you for all you do. I love and appreciate you. I am keeping you and your staff in my thoughts and prayers.

So sorry this has happened to you. It must be very frustrating especially when you had staffed up in anticipation of a big mailing. I hope you hear something soon. In the mean time, take a deep breath and hug your boys & pets...that always seems to help me;-)

Why am I not surprised?

Sony loves to take your money, but then they let you (and us) down.

I am so sorry about this, but it is not your fault.......

I am having similar bureaucratic problems right now and it is very frustrating.

But we love you and your workouts and we know you are doing everything in your power to expedite the shipping!

Sometimes things are just out of your control.....No big deal! The anticiaption and excitement has caused my metabolism to increase so I'm burning more fat with your other zillion workouts! Don't sweat it... we all love you!
 
No biggie. I have burned loads of kcalories just clicking and checking for an update, so all is not lost :7 . If you need any help, just let us know and we will arrange a march on Sony. I bet thousands of Cathe fans storming the Sony building will get their attention he, he, he }(.

Good thing I planned put the videos into my rotation for the end of next week! Thanks for the update Cathe. And absolutely - POOH on Sony!

And speaking from my many, many years of customer service experience - your rep, knowing that this was the big ship day, should never have gone on vacation without providing you a replacement contact AND his/her manager's contact information. Heck, my customers could always call me even when I was on vacation.
 
Cathe, I can tell you are just as disappointed and frustrated as we are at this news.

I am disappointed but these things happen. Thanks for keeping us posted - tell your people to rest up tonight and as you would say, "get your game face on" and be prepared for tomorrow. }(

Today, I just received IMAX2/Cardio& Weights, and your packing is unbelievabley Great! Packing corn abundance to protect the DVD.

Don't sweat it Cathe. Another day or two are worth waiting for what I expect to recieve. In fact, the anticipation is half the fun of getting new workouts.
 
Well worth the wait. Sorry about the lack of communication, but we understand that it is no fault of your own.
