New Sale Prices on Cardio Coach!!

What a great guy, but I think CC is worth it a full price!

Hey, buy the cd's for Christmas gifts!

Michelle - thanks for posting this!!

Cynthia - what a great idea to buy the cd's for Christmas gifts!!!

What a guy, huh?!?!

Thanks Michele for the info.

I'm going to pass this on to anyone that will listen:rolleyes:

Big hugs to Sean for his "never ending" kindness and generosity.

Thanks Michele for the info. Now I have no reason not to try.;)

What would you guys recommend? I usually do an advanced HIIT on the treadmill, I don't know where to start with cc.

TIA~

I wanted to bump this up for all the members who were not here to see this over the weekend.

Cardio Coach has given me so much.
I feel it brings me the most uplifting mind, body, and soul connection.

so the cds are 12.95? they used to be 20? that's a good deal for a single. Wasn't there a sale where you bought 2 and got 0ne free? averages out to about the same amount.

I tell ya - if any one has been thinking about getting any or all of the CC's this is the deal breaker!

I would go ahead and get them all if the purse is able as this is such a great deal! If I didn't already have them all I would've jumped on this sale already.

Coach Sean is da Bomb ! He doesn't have to bring down the prices but his reasoning to do so is just so awesome!

Seriously take advantage of the sale !

I completed my CC collection by buying vol 1 and 2. This is a great sale and better than the previous sale of buy 2 get 1 free, or buy 5 get 2 free because of the multiple discount offer as well that Michelle pointed out.

I wish there were more CC's that I could have purchased. :D

WOO HOO

Thanks for the tip Michele! I went ahead and bought volumes 7 (which everyone raves about, now I get to find out why!! :)) and volume 4.

Coach Sean could not get any more awesome! HOLY COW :p

Hi Deanie and Cindi!

Trying to narrow down my CC workouts to 2 or 3 favorites is really tough. My favorite often depends on the mood I'm in, and truly, I use and love them ALL. I have to agree with Vilma's advice to get all of them if you can afford it because you'll end up getting them anyway. ;) :D

Volumes 1 through 4, and 6 offer a good mix of hills and sprints.

If you enjoy running, then Volumes 5 and 7 are MUST HAVES!

If you enjoy hills then you need Volume 8 which is nothing but one big hill climb.

The workouts are progressively more difficult as you go up in the volumes. With each volume, the workouts are longer in duration with longer challenges and shorter rest periods.

Sean gives written descriptions of each workout on his website. Just go here http://www.cardiocoach.com/miva/merchant.mvc?Screen=CTGY&Store_Code=CCPS&Category_Code=PRO and click on the workout you're interested in, then click on the link for more information. There you will find the complete structure of the workout with the duration of intervals and rest periods laid out for you. HTH and please let us know which ones you choose! :D

ETA that volumes 1 through 4 may be shorter but that doesn't mean they aren't challenging. You work according to your own perceived exertion, so if you crank up your settings the earlier volumes are pretty intense. ;)

Thanks! I ordered 3, 6, and 8 for a nice variety. I got the CD's rather than the mp3s.

All together it was $33.04 including shipping. What a great deal!

Cindi, I think you were smart to get the CD's -- I'm sorry I forgot to mention it in my earlier post. This way you have a backup should anything happen to your iTunes library. ;)

ETA Congratulations to both of you, Cindi and Deanie. You made wise choices, but then, you really can't go wrong!

ETA congratulations to you, too, Mary!

You're all in for an arse kicking good time!!
