Hi ladies,
This morning I got up and did Namaste yoga on FitTV and then Pip and I joggled CC V1. It was really hot and humid out there and I was kind of dragging but we did it. Now off to the beach . I ride doubles tomorrow and am thinking that I probably need to take a rest day on Thursday based on how I ran today. (I know I haven't run in a while but it wasn't that feeling, it was a fatigued feeling in my butt and thighs from the riding.)
Tricia - At least you have a Plan A, Plan B and Plan C. It's having more than one plan and being able to transition gracefully between them that's important.
Cindi - Glad you were able to joggle and that the shoes are still feeling good. That's great.
Jane - I may need to copy down that "quickie" workout. I'm thinking I could substitute dumbbell presses for the barbell presses. You mean chest presses not overhead presses right?
