New DVD slow to load?

I’m planning my workouts for the week and am previewing Killer Legs. Has anyone else noticed the new discs being slow to load or making weird noises as mine is doing now? My player is making a lot of noise and the disc just froze. I’ve never had problems with any Cathe DVDs. Guess I need to reach out to customer service. I was itching to do this one this week.

Now it seems to be ok after taking it out and starting it over a few times. Weird.

Mine is fine. You can try rubbing a silk scarf over it softly but rapidly. That sometimes gets things going. We recently had to do that with a holiday DVD.

I had the same problem with all 3 dvds. Sometimes they load fine others require a few tries. I can see no scratches and I have wiped them with a microfiber cloth. ALL of my other DVDs play fine.

No I haven't had any problems with my three . Glad yours seem to be fine now
