Need Prayers!!!!

OMG! Your family and DS are in our prayers for speedy recovery. Please let us know as soon as you can. Hang in there.

Hello Ellie.

Keep us posted. Plus you can start a website for him and your family at www.caringbridge.org . Both my Dad and my brother's family has an ongoing website for them so friends and family can check in and post messages.

Hugs and Prayers to you.

Hugs and Prayers

Ellie:

I am praying fervently. May God heal your precious son, fill you with peace that passes understanding, and surround you with His unfailing love. Hugs!

Blessings,
Heather B.

"So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God" (1 Corinthians 10:31 NIV).

Update

Thank you everyone for your prayers and support.
DS is doing well after IV and meds. He's on a monitor and heart rate looks good. He threw up a few more times. Probably just a viral thing that upset his stomach and he wasn't absorbing his medication. He's in good spirits and asked the nurse for his coffee (he drinks it for the caffeine as per his doctor) she said only a kid with this condition knows when to ask for his coffee!!
We did try liquid caffeine before but it's $1,500 for the month.

Needless to say we are all exhausted. My mom came up from Southern Delaware and took my other son home. My DH is in the room so I could do a quick update. The cardiologist suggested I "take a little something" and get some sleep. HA. I had already taken A LOT of something and there is no sleep in my future. That was just to calm me down enough to speak.

I'm heading back in to hang with him and watch Spongebob. The kids have TV's in the cardiac ICU and they are pretty much allowed to watch whatever they want. I can't complain about that!!!

Thanks again. I'll check in when I can

Thanks for the good news. I'll keep praying anyway.

PS Tell your DS I'm afraid of Spongebob. I had a nightmare once and he stole my car. Everyone at work gets a big kick out of me being afraid of Spongebob, and I find pictures and figures of him in all kinds of unexpected places.
