Terrific pictures. I especially love the one where Cathe is checking out Shonie's biceps. That is classic!! I would enlarge that one and frame it. Yes, I would!!! LOL!
Being ectomorph body type, I am not sure I would ever be able to get big biceps, but I keep trying. I can't believe how far I have gotten thus far since January. One never knows unless you push and try.

THose are great girl!!!!! i especially like the one of everyone doing planks and me leaning on my ball trying to get a pic of Marla!:p we are really proud of you for doing the American Idol thing! you rock!!! feel better soon!

Thanks, Nadine. Hope you're feeling better. I'm sorry your (and Laura's) trip home was so crappy. Great to be home, isn't it? But doesn't it make you sad as well? I love that photo of me and Jes.:)
