Good for you!!!! I know first hand it is possible to lose a lot of weight quickly. For me, I lost over 40lbs in my first month doing the CTX series. I think I lost the weight because I had plenty of muscle on me already because I was already a regular exerciser. I just had loads of fat because I didn't eat well at all. Also since I was already a regular exerciser I didn't have to modify much other than the impact in some spots. So once I cleaned up my diet, which I had to do if I expected to follow a rotation with the CTX series, and worked out a good rotation, the weight came off fast...at first.
