Hi everyone. Ok, I know many of you don't like the original Power 90. I'd love to do Power 90X but I am just not at the fitness level yet. So I have started with the original, it is the first system I have really stuck with. In two weeks, I have lost 25 pounds and lots of inches. I have decreased my bodyfat and have more energy, stamina and endurance. I really like it and I have been eating great. I have ways to go but I am doing it!!!!!!! Cookie

WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THAT IS AWESOME!!!! Congrats! You will LOVE P90X when you're ready to start. Keep up the great success!

Am I reading this correctly twenty five (25) pounds in two (2) weeks? Is this possible? Sounds like way too much weight to lose in two weeks. If this is correct, congratulations.

Rhonda

I think there is a typo. It is not possible to lose 25lbs in two weeks. That is almost 2lbs/day or an extra 7000 calories burned/day. Even if half of that was water loss, that would still come to almost 3500 calorie extra burned/day. Sorry, not buying.

Cookiebaby,

Could you come back give us more feedback on this? I never heard of loosing 25lbs in two weeks. I have read many stories who done the P90 from Beachbody forum and never heard anyone has this result.

That sounds really great! 25 lbs in 2 weeks?

Did you have much to lose before though? I know the less you have to lose, the slower it comes off.

Prehaps she ment 2.5 lbs. Don't sound right to me either.I guess if you had alotttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt of weight to lose.Even then? Congrats with the good work!
Lori:)

I would frankly be worried if someone actually lost 25 pounds in 2 weeks, as I can think of no healthy, safe, and lasting way to do it.

No, I think she meant two weeks. She used "two weeks" in her subject and in her message.

Cookiebaby, way to go!
Wow, did you do a low carb diet along with the workouts? 25lbs weightloss is quite a bit for two weeks. Where are you? Don't leave us hanging.:)

I got this email from Beach Body today, perhaps you should send in your story.

Good for you!!!! I know first hand it is possible to lose a lot of weight quickly. For me, I lost over 40lbs in my first month doing the CTX series. I think I lost the weight because I had plenty of muscle on me already because I was already a regular exerciser. I just had loads of fat because I didn't eat well at all. Also since I was already a regular exerciser I didn't have to modify much other than the impact in some spots. So once I cleaned up my diet, which I had to do if I expected to follow a rotation with the CTX series, and worked out a good rotation, the weight came off fast...at first.:)

Never mind ... did a search ... read some stuff ... had some concerns about the intial post here ... but after reading posts, decided it was best to stay silent this time. So ... never mind. Sorry about the deleted post. Next time I'll search first.
