You look awesome. I have done WW and it works to a certain extent but you really can't get buff with it. I may break down and get BFFM. I think it might help DH too, he gets too hungry for WW and he has muscle mass so I don't want him to lose that, but he does have some fat to lose. Maybe I can talk him into the $40. Has anyone ever split the cost of the book with a friend and shared the file? Just curious.

That is actually what I did. My cousin and I split the cost so it wasn't too bad. Believe me, even if I had to pay $40 for it, it would have been worth it!
 
Debbie, you look fabulous! Congratulations on your great transformation!

You posted that your diet consists of 50-30-20 ratio. Would you mind posting a sample of what you actually eat on a typical day? I've been visiting some bodybuilding forums lately and from what I've read on those forums, it seems that to get buff/cut/lose fat giving up dairy such as cottage cheese/yogurt and limited fruit is in order! You mentioned that you used to bodybuild, I'm curious what your thoughts are.

I eat a lot of tuna, chicken and eggs. I don't really limit anything that is clean - I eat tons of fruit, almost with each meal I have. I'm not much of a dairy person, but I do have skim milk with my protein shake in the evening. I eat yogurt every day as well.

This is kind of what I eat:

Meal 1: Oatmeal & banana's & an apple
Meal 2: Tuna sandwich or veggie burger w/1 slice whole grain bread, fruit, almonds, cucumber
Meal 3: Either a protein bar or protein yogurt
Meal 4: Chicken, tuna or egg whites, 1/2 small yam, salad, fruit
Meal 5: Protein shake

Thats usually kind of the breakdown.
