My pictures

I workout 6 days a week, one rest day, however I usually do some type of yoga or stretch on my rest days. Abs as well. Right now I've been doing a split routine doing one body part a week from the Gym Style series and Slow & Heavy. I also do at least 45 minutes of cardio three to four days a week. A friend of mine made up the rotation I'm on currently, I will post it on the Rotation forum. I train my abs almost every day mixing two or three of Cathe's ab workouts. I like using abs from KP&C and SJ&P together and also #5 & #6 from Ab Hits. The combinations are killers.

Thanks for posting your rotation so quickly.

You are living proof that you don't have to workout for three hours a day to look fantastic. I read you are a follower of Tom Venuto BFFM. What are your eating ratios if you don't mind me asking?

Amy - that is my niece, Nicki. I don't get to see her much anymore. Long story.

CandiK, my eating ratios are 50% carbs, 30% protein and 20% fat. I am on a zig zag eating rotation right now where I eat around 1500-1600 calories for 3 days, then shoot up to 2400 on the fourth day. I am living proof that eating more speeds up your metabolism. When I was on WW, I was eating 1200 calories a day! I still can't believe I can eat so much and still lose weight and body fat. Its amazing, really. Cathe and BFFM has pushed me to where I am right now.

I figured I needed 20 more lbs. I am at 21.4%.
Someone told me i needed to be around 8% which seemed low.
Keep it up. You will lok better than your kids.

Wow Debbie, you rock! Literally! I really enjoy seeing pictures that leave no doubt as to the fact that the individual in them works out! As Candi said, it is refreshing to see your rotation and that it does not include 3 hour marathon workout sessions all the time. You certainly are proof that the "Cathe system" works! Thank you for sharing and inspiring us.
 
Debbie, you are amazing! All this time, I thought I didn't want to build big muscles... well, you just might make me change my mind. And your accomplishments are even more impressive after overcoming a bad injury - and not being scared to try! You are an inspiration.

You look so amazing! I have purchased and read BFFM, and after coming off Atkins, I'm still a bit carbophobic, but have improved. I'm still eating 1200 calories. You may have just given me the push I need to really do BFFM right. Thanks so very much for sharing and congratulations on your success!!!
