CandiK, my eating ratios are 50% carbs, 30% protein and 20% fat. I am on a zig zag eating rotation right now where I eat around 1500-1600 calories for 3 days, then shoot up to 2400 on the fourth day. I am living proof that eating more speeds up your metabolism. When I was on WW, I was eating 1200 calories a day! I still can't believe I can eat so much and still lose weight and body fat. Its amazing, really. Cathe and BFFM has pushed me to where I am right now.
