Muscle Endurnace?

love this workout

ME is my favorite Cathe total body workout.

I've never done ME alone for any significant period of time - i've always combined it with other weighted workouts, so it's hard to say about the results. Having said that, it's a tremendous workout so I have to believe it's effective.

I highly recommend.
 
I also love this workout. Cathe manages to work every muscle group very thoroughly in a little over an hour. You'll get a good leg workout to with all the leg presses. I will either do this workout or Muscle Max when I want a total body workout. You won't be disappointed.

I like this one but don't do it as often as I do Muscle Max. If I want a full body w/o I almost always turn to MM. ME has way too many leg presses! :p

But it does have an awesome bicep section. And Cathe looks especially pretty in this one, in my opinion. :)
 
I've only been working with Cathe DVDs since April, but I can tell you that just recently (as in, 3 days ago) I've noticed strength gains ~ especially my biceps. My weight rotations include ME, the Pyramids, and Slow and Heavy.
 
This is one of my favorite Cathe workouts. I don't mind the leg presses and for some reason love the biceps and shoulders. Oh and also the ab routine is great! I'll sometimes just tack on the bicep section to another workout. I just did this one this morning. The DVD also has boot camp another goody. There is also a great premix combing ME and Boot Camp. Can't go wrong with this DVD.

It is one of my favorite total body workouts. I altermate it with MM, my other favorite!

I love ME! Good total body and the ab section is by far one of my favorites. I usually tack the abs onto some cardio - fun, fun, fun!

On e of my favorites as well! Just did this one this week, it had been a while since I had done it! Now I know I will pull it out more often! :p
