MMA Boxing: should I get it?

Having DOMS in my LB, makes it difficult for me to do traditional cardio. I thought MMA Boxing might be a nice change since it involves more punching and UB movement to get the HR up. Please give me an honest review if you liked it/did not like it. I love KPC, but sometimes I feel too sore to do the kicks.

YES!

It is my favorite workout of the MMAs and I always get a good sweat from it. I agree some workouts are harder, but it is perfect for when you need an "easier" day or just want something different. It has the bonus bag workout too. I do the bonus with my weighted gloves because I don't have a heavy bag and I still feel like I get a really good workout from it.

Never done this workout, I've done MMA: Fusion and MMA: Kickbox although I have it. Sure it's similiar to the two I use.
 
Ya...get it! The music is great, its a lot of fun and the time flies, plus you can string it along with the other MMA's to make one long workout, minus the warm-ups and cool downs.

I think you said you purchase downloads, correct? If you use the Workout Blender, you could put together a really cool workout with these MMA's. I downloaded MMA: Boxing today, as it was the only MMA I did not have. I figure if there something I don't like, I can at least take the best of each workout and make something fun in the Workout Blender.

In fact, I am going to do that right now. :)
