Having DOMS in my LB, makes it difficult for me to do traditional cardio. I thought MMA Boxing might be a nice change since it involves more punching and UB movement to get the HR up. Please give me an honest review if you liked it/did not like it. I love KPC, but sometimes I feel too sore to do the kicks.
