Ketros - since Meso 1 marked my return to working out in about 9 months, I'd say my results were decent. I did end up ordering the Pull Tower, because I didn't have anything else that would work (no place to hang tubing). I decided the tower would be a decent investment since I could use it for a squat rack when I get ready to do that. I did use it for a bench press rack last night, and ended up not getting one end secured before letting go.... and it fell on my face. Ouch. No major damage, it was more funny than painful.
I noticed starting Meso 2 last night that I felt a lot stronger and ready to go after finishing Meso 1 and having my recovery week. And I really liked the first DVD - it seemed to go faster, even though it was longer. I think it's because all the groups are done together (all chest, then all shoulder, and then triceps) instead of mixing them together. I think I mayget the Perfect Pushup thingies, since my wrists just can deal with the exercise. They really are a great exercise, so I have to learn to love them again. I used to not hate them. I just don't like doing so many of them. It gets old really quick.
Cattaddict and Th8nkful - my cats leave me alone (I've got 3), but my Australian shepherd is ALL over me whenever I try anything that gets me on the floor. Makes me nuts and he gets banished to another room. He's still pretty young, so I'm hoping he'll outgrow this.
Th8nkful - if you go into Cathe Fun, you will find where you can set up your STS and Weight Loss tracker bars.
