  • Actually, most of us on our check-in got back into the swing of things using the Basic step DVD. We all found that it got boring pretty quick but you also have body fusion and the add-ons so it's a good DVD to have for when you want a shorter or "easier" workout. Both basic step and body fusion will also familiarize you with Cathe's basic step choreography so it will be easier to catch on to more advanced step workouts when you move on.
    I can totally relate! I don't have many friends that are interested in working out either. That's why checking in here is so helpful. It's motivating to be around people who understand and share similar interests. I go through ups and downs working out. I started again in April after a period of inactivity.
