I am thinking about doing 2 rounds of the 16 week (it will only be 8 weeks) rotation in September and October to get ready for my November 7 wedding. I don't have CTX and would like to know how to substitute and was wondering if anyone had any ideas/suggestions.

The Cross Train Express series in the order of your choice. But separate the Power Circuit video from the Leaner Legs video. Seventh day is OFF.
I am not sure what that even means or what the breakdown of the workouts would be.
