Cardio Blast is just generic name for some Cathe workouts. Select the info about the show (not just read the title) to see what it is.
Pyramid Upper and Lower are definitely on FitTV. I've got both of them.
If you go to the FitTV daily schedule (
http://fittv.discovery.com/tv-schedules/daily.html), you can see what's on today (Core Max 2 and Stretch Max 2). Then change the date and see what's on tomorrow, etc. Tivo does a good job of catching most of these for me.
