March rotation ?

A question for anyone..... I'd really like to follow this rotation fairly closely, but I don't have pyramids or PS. Do you think I could substitute GS and/or some BM2 double upper body premix and the like, or is GS too heavy? I can't get a very good feel for what the pyramids is like -- maybe because I have nothing like it. I'm tempted to get it, but want to hold off for STS.

thanks,

I'm an oddball with absolutely no tv connection, but I played around with what Cathe posted and I think I have a very nice rotation. I've substitute in some GS and some 4DS upper body premix and/or ME upper body work -- I'm going to play it by ear a bit. Looks like a fun month!!

thanks,

>Are the Gym Style workouts ever shown on FitTV?

The only shows I've ever seen that use the HC series are Core Max, Stretch Max and I believe Lo Max. Other than those three the rest are her older workouts dated from 2001 through 2004. I check the Fittv website frequently just to see if any newer workouts are on the weekly schedule.

I have my TIVO set to automatically record anything that comes on if Cathe is even in the description of the show. I've seen Core Max, Stretch Max and the like - but never the Pyramid series. There was also something in there that said Cardio Blast I think? I don't remember, I think I had the DVD so I deleted it.

Cardio Blast is just generic name for some Cathe workouts. Select the info about the show (not just read the title) to see what it is.

Pyramid Upper and Lower are definitely on FitTV. I've got both of them.

If you go to the FitTV daily schedule (http://fittv.discovery.com/tv-schedules/daily.html), you can see what's on today (Core Max 2 and Stretch Max 2). Then change the date and see what's on tomorrow, etc. Tivo does a good job of catching most of these for me.

I've seen the following on FitTV:

Pyramid Upper Body
Pyramid Lower Body
Push Pull
Supersets
Slow & Heavy Series: Triceps & Biceps
Slow & Heavy Series: Chest & Back
Slow & Heavy Series: Legs & Shoulders
Legs & Glutes
Muscle Endurance
Power Hour
Core Max - there are 3 of these, shown at different times.
Stretch Max - 3 of these, too
Bootcamp (the original)
Cardio & Weights
Step Blast
Rythmic Step
Step, Jump & Pump
Imax 2
Kick, Punch & Crunch
Low Max

I've seen every one of these play in a single month.
