Hello and Welcome all Nubies!!
I am very tired and off to bed but wanted to quickly check in and post my work outs. And Holly Cow this has been a busy thread!
So won't get in to personals now, hopefully I will have more time tomorrow. My DD was soooo sick over the weekend and I am convinced that sick husbands are way harder to deal with than sick kids!
Workout:
Cardio: short 45 minute walk in Boulder, moderate pace, flat & firm surface. Burnt 253 cals
Taught Pilates Privates: 2.5 hours burned 463 cals (wore monitor bc I was curious and was surprised!!}
Taught Pilates Mat Class: Intermediate burnt 253 cals
Taught Total Tone Class: did some bootcamp style drills 30 minutes and pyramid up weights on Tirceps, Shoulder, Biceps & short core & stretch burnt 563 cals
Needless to say I am exhausted.....and the question of over training has been heavy on my mind of late....I can't imagine why
