i've started STS (wow! what an awesome workout! i am in love and don't know why i didn't get STS sooner...) and would love to join a check-in group. any groups out there that wouldn't mind an STS neophyte among the ranks?

Hi there!

You can come over to STS Deal Of The Day! if you like . Some of us there are doing our own thing right now, while some are still doing STS. We can help and encourage you along the way. Unfortunately, no one is on M1 or 2 right now . Although one lady named Dawn might be repeating STS , starting from M1 shortly.

The option is there if you want to come aboard
