Belinda, There is also metabolic conditioning. I still haven't noticed facial expressions.
I guess I am just too busy watching other things. So, it has not bothered me. The music reminds me of background music in some older movies on some of it. I can imagine a chase scene or something I don't know, I am just not impressed with the music in workouts lately. Maybe it is just not my type of music.
