Like/review/verify/don't buy check in for 2016- 2024

Belinda I doubt I would drive that far to go to Costco. I have seen no advertising or anything around here for one. It seems I checked once before. I will look again.
 
Belinda, I checked and as of June there is a Costco in the works not too far from me as long as plans don't get interrupted. It is near a new Cabellas and some other new business construction. Anyway, I don't know how long that it will take. The article I read said the last plan ended up falling through and they put one in Tulsa Oklahoma a couple of hours from here. This one apparently they have put money into the planning so we will see. Edited to say this would probably be about 11 miles or a bit more from me.

Hi! Just getting around to posting. Belinda I have a cheap mini tramp. Diane Sue I thought Amy's workouts were new uploads but I didn't look that close when they popped up in my feed to know for sure.

I did Fit Split boxing this morning. I could nit pick but I loved it and will see myself using it frequently when I need a quick no equipment workout. I did legs yesterday with KCM so I skipped the legs part.

I also queued up FS Low impact and did about 10 minutes of it. I'll wait for comments until I've done the whole program.

Did you guys see the promos yet for the latest Beachbody by Autumn? It sounds like it's just on demand and they are doing 80 completely different workouts. Sounds interesting. The preview clips show a lot of loop and gliding disc work. I think it was supposed to start Jan 15? I'm not going to do it though just thought it interesting that now they don't even release their stuff to DVD.

Cathe also mentioned somewhere that they were making a big investment into their on demand in 2018 so I wonder what we will see there!

Doreen, when they came out with new Beast workouts I looked at Beach Body and the new stuff all seems to be only with signing up to stream it. I totally lost interest at that point. Maybe I will change my mind eventually, but Beach Body always annoyed me that there was not chaptering and premixes listed for the workouts. Most seemed rather cheaply put together with no frills so to speak. I just kind of have given up on them.
I thought I read something about premixes with the on demand for Cathe. I am not sure what they are doing with it. I am sure it is a project to be ahead on the streaming market. Cathe has stayed pretty much ahead of the game on everything. I still have no reason to want to get on demand at this point. I was looking at Cathe's January Fit Split rotation and it seems it uses the premixes a lot. I don't know about double shred cardio though.
 
Doreen, I saw that there is two new Amy workouts on YouTube. She did and number 4 one that is kettlebell and rebounding and a number 5 that is kickboxing and rebounding. I saved them.
 
Diane Sue - you should check out Costco when they open. I'll bet you like it :) I sure, do. I buy almost everything at Costco. Can't beat their prices and quality, IMO! Like I said, you can return almost everything. Can't beat that. Have fun with the double shred cardio, lol. Not exactly a premix. Cathe's premixes are not what they used to be, IMO. You can put them together with just the downloads. I thought there is a full body premix in the new series?

Doreen - I hope I get used to the trampoline, never used one before? I saw the new AB on youtube, they look like a lot of fun.

I got my workouts in early today. Going to a tea party later.

I did LS Walk to the HITS Party Songs + JS WS3 15 TB + Fit Split legs. I thought the FS legs was good, lots of pulses in that one. I am glad I canceled my preorder. If Jen is in future videos, my credit card is safe :D I hope she is better in the other videos...I think, they should put her in the back and put Nicole or Brenda in the front, JMO! I love Jessica Smith workouts but Beth does the same face expressions, WTH? At least she is in the back not in the front. It's very annoying in workout videos, IMO!

I did B&B Upper Body supersets and then trim and tone intervals this morning with out the first stretch and second wo's warm up it was 47 minutes total. That's 4 weeks (give or take) of Build and Burn so I guess I'm free to move on and feel like I used the program. My favorites of this were Kettlebell/Kickbox, Lower Body Tabatas and Upper Body supersets. I hope to return this is one. Last night I laid out my general plan... I have to keep flexible as there are days that I can't get to my weight room and have to do something in the living room body weight only. I found a free program on LIVESTRONG a while back that is all body weight so I bookmarked it on youtube to try to use for those days. Otherwise here's my big picture plan to finish what I bought this fall and then revisit some from my shelves. I probably just do a couple weeks of each if I can with add-ons from Jessica Smith WS3 and youtube sprinkled throughout as needed.

Today's workout was Build and Burn Cardio Core, 181 calories, average heart rate 135, max 171, 1,999 steps, 27 minutes. I then did Build and Burn Trim and Tone Intervals, 24 minutes, heart rate average 134, max 164, 157 calories, 1,652 steps. Total time was 51 minutes, 338 calories burned 3,651 steps total.

Belinda, There is also metabolic conditioning. I still haven't noticed facial expressions. :) I guess I am just too busy watching other things. So, it has not bothered me. The music reminds me of background music in some older movies on some of it. I can imagine a chase scene or something I don't know, I am just not impressed with the music in workouts lately. Maybe it is just not my type of music.

Doreen, those workouts ought to work you pretty well :) I am still wanting to do Kelly's workouts so will blend them with the other stuff.
 
Diane Sue - there is? Need to check it out next week. LOL, glad the facial expression didn't border you. I don't like the music, but it didn't border me. I usually play my own anyway. Good job yesterday.
 
Today was a rest day and family birthday party. I made birthday cake and did not eat one bite :) My daughter in law whose birthday we were celebrating is starting Whole 30 tomorrow. I hope it works out well for her. I should do it again myself. I have been lax in my eating lately. It means giving up dairy which is a hard one. I am not much of a bread and grain person though.
 
I finished Fit Split Low Impact/Metabolic conditioning, 50 minutes, 329 calories, heart rate 124 average, max 165, 2,229 steps. I am doing the January rotation starting with the day after the rest day so I can keep Sundays off. I will be adjusting and adding some other cardio on some days.

This morning I did STS M3 W2 D28 and SBF Restore & Release D1 Seat Work Mat Target + LB Quick Target. I also Did JS WS3 W8 D50 LB. I am almost done with JS WS3.

Diane Sue - thank you! The SB rotation looks great. I bought a subscription before her price went up. I really like her workouts for travel, I don't need a lot of equipments. How do you like the new workouts so far? Have you tried to play your own music? My JumpSport should arrive tomorrow, than I will try one of the high impact one.
 
I also started the Jan rotation but I'm just going to move the rest day from Friday to Sunday. Body doesn't know the day of the week anyway!

This morning I did Legs & Glutes and then the Kickbox. I wanted to be fresh for the legs instead of trying to work legs after the kickboxing!

Today I did SBF TB circuit plus JS WS3 UB and 3 mile walk.

Doreen - have fun with the Jan rotation. I would have done the same. I like Sunday's off.

I will be back tomorrow. Waiting for my JumpSport, it's out for delivery :)
 
Today's workout was Fit Split Cardio Shred, 29 minutes, 208 calories, heart rate average 137, max 160, 2,610 steps. I only used one riser height this time instead of the two. It lowered my calorie burn and heart rate from last time a bit. Not much though. I then did Fit Split Bonus abs, 13 minutes, 65 calories, heart rate average 11, max 137, 192 steps. This one went a bit better this time without so much wrist pain. I finished off with 21 Day Fix Extreme Yoga, 32 minutes, 60 calories. Total time was 74 minutes and calories burned 333. My yoga choice was probably not so good as you are on your hands quite a bit. I almost stopped and chose something else. I need to check out the shorter shred timesaver mix. Maybe it doesn't have as much a of the to the floor and up stuff. I think that it is 6 combos out of 12. I need to get upstairs and finish painting the closet.

Belinda, I know you will get use out of the Jump Sport.

Doreen, I am doing the January rotation too and started the day after the rest day on Monday so I can keep Sundays off. I saw Cathe posted 6 week rotation too that uses Fit Split and X Train.
