This morning I did Cardio Leg blast. A classic favorite! I even used some heavier weight than Cathe this am so that always feels good!

Doreen - I sold online :) I have more to get rid off. Yes, I liked ISO! I am thinking doing the entire rotation. So far, I really like Hammer & Chiseled. Nicely done on Cardio Leg blast.

Yesterday I did JNL Fusion Stretch, which I enjoyed and LS Tuesday walk. Today I did Hammer & Chiseled ISO Speed Hammer + walking.

Diane Sue - have fun all that prepping today. Amazing job on all your workouts. Be carful with your shoulder especially if you do lots of upper body workouts.

Thus morning I couldn't figure out what to do. I started with tapout cross core but got through the warmup and the first couple moves were weird so I popped in amy bento kickbox and surge. Then my husband came down and was trying to talk to me and amy was requiring too much thought so I put in rockout knockout. Ha!

No workout today. We were up till 2 am doing prep work. The workers were here at 7:45 this morning. My neck and shoulders are so sore from pulling down drapery rods and valance boxes etc. . Why did I work arms yesterday !! I have to do a store run and picking up lunch. Painters are here and the tile guys are laying the ceramic tile in the kitchen right now. My granddaughter and I got some of my Easter goodies done last night and I boiled eggs.

Today I did the Fit Tower workout, lean and mean 35 minutes, 115 calories. I then did Suzanne Bowen Bounce thighs and stretch, 22 minutes, 114 calories.

Belinda, good job getting Hammer and Chisel in today.

Today I did Ice Low impact sweat timesaver step and blizzard blast, 37 minutes 286 calories. I am at 5092 steps so far. Yesterday I was 9210. There has not been much extra time for workouts. The floors will be finished today. I was set up to do a barre amped stretch when DH called to tell me the painter was on his way to do touchup. I had to hurry and dress.

Belinda, I have only done the Advanced Lean and Mean workout. This was the second time and I added ankle weights for the standing work with the leg lifts and used a tougher band. It is a good workout. I need to check out the other two yet. How are you liking Hammer and Chisel. I looked over the work sheets again this morning. I kind of wanted to try STS Total Body so I could use it with my bar clips and tower but my neck is hurting so much that I decided to wait some more.

Doreen, I don't know why but I forgot about the ball and barre work on X Train legs. I always liked that part of it.

Today I did H&G Chiseled Cardio + walking.

Diane Sue - I am glad you liking the Tower workouts. On another fitness site they didn't give the workouts are good rating. They said, they are more beginner workouts. If your neck is still hurting, do something else. Better safe than sorry! You guys really moving along with your renovations.

Today I did Ripped with Hiit Circuit Lower Body, 48 minutes, 319 calories. I followed this with Ice To the Mat timesaver 2 no ball, band and floor workout. 37 minutes, 116 calories. I wore 2# ankle weights for the floor work and used the blue firewalker band for the band work on this one. The floors are not finished. They grouted the tile and did not want to roll the refrigerator over the tile right after grouting it. They are coming back today to lay the flooring and the plumber is coming Wednesday to finish up in the guest bath. We put up the cabinet and put the sink and vanity in which needs the faucet and finish work. I got a lot of the furniture moved back into place upstairs since they are done painting.

Belinda, I had heard that the Tower workouts were pretty much beginner workouts so I did not have high expectations. They are probably as hard as you make them. I used a heavier band the second time and added the ankle weights for some of it. I do not see a reason for having to have every workout be an extreme workout, if you know what I mean. The tower is good for other things as well. My 9 year old granddaughter seemed to think of it as a jungle gym. I think it will be nice for the bar clip usage and some barre work as well. I bet Cathe's new workouts will make it even more useful.
 
Diane Sue - I agree on not having to have every workout be an extreme one. I already have so many barre workouts, need to use them first. Plus, the new workouts just didn't call my name. I really don't need anymore workouts. LOL! Glad you enjoy them and get some use out of them. I am thinking selling even more workouts. I just don't have time to do them all and it's a shame they sitting here unused :( Nice job with your workouts today.
 
I almost forgot to post my workouts: H&G Max Hammer Strength + walk is done.

Diane Sue - do you have the add on dvd's for H&G? I think the first time going through, I will use the base dvd than I will add all the add on dvd. This way I get them all in at some point.
 
Belinda,, yes I have the extra dvds. They incorporate a medicine ball. I have added the glute chisel and hammer legs. Those two are around 18 minutes. The other two workouts are longer than that. I have added the two lower body workouts to some of the others.
 
Today I did Rapid Fire 4 Sweat, 73 minutes, 483 calories. I then did Barre Amped Power Stretch, 23 minutes, 53 calories. Total time 97 minutes, 536 calories. My husband is putting in the new molding. We should have the baths back to working tonight :)

Thanks for the recommendation! I will try to work myself through all the dvd's.
 
Today I did Les Mills Pump Step, 32 minutes, 229 calories, 135 average heart rate/ 174 max. I wanted to do some strength work. maybe later. We need to go buy a mirror for the bathroom.
 
Belinda- I like the H&C add-on workouts so do try them! Diane Sue- glad your remodeling is getting closer to completion!

I was off yesterday so I did a couple workouts.... I did RWH Plyo one in the morning then shuffled my kids around to the ortho and then before picking them up from school did Metashred Lightweigt leanout and Thermogenetics Tempo Training. Then I walked a bit at my daughter's soccer practice.

This morning I did a workout blender I made yesterday with RWH back, Muscle Meltdown back separated by cardio from Cardio Core Circuit. It was fun but I'll probably just delete it and not do it again! I just don't use Cardio Core Circuit very often as it has a bit of a dread factor and wanted to work it in.
